Frazer's Place — Restaurant in Windsor

The menu had some good prices on their speciao ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. And my friend ordered a chicken sandwich. We placed our orders and went an sat down to wait . We lost trackof time glued to our phones while waiting. We realized that we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes. So I went up to ask . And the lady oh yeah here you go I was just about to call your name . So we got the food and went to sit down And eat. Well instead of getting what we had ordered. They were both some kind of maple burgers . So not only had they given us the completely wrong food than what we ordered. It took 40 minutes to cook two burgers and fries. I e never had breakfast sausages on a burger before. .we were both so hungry that we didn't want to wait for them to cook us what we ordered in the first place. We e just went to eat what we were given. And they refunded my friend the difference of the price between what we had paid for and what we actually got. I have no teeth so I figured I could eat a burger. But when I tried my first bite . I couldn't get. Bite.the I knew that the burgers were cooked in the normal amount of time it takes .but they were not even warm they were cold and so were the fries. I ha d to wait until j was home with. Silverware to eat a burger . I knew the wrong order we got had been sitting on a counter for at least 15;to 20 mins before we realized that should have called my name when the order was done immediately after it was done . I'm having to a hard time thinking about trying the place Again . Plus I've had coworkers say they are going to lunch there and I have to tell them to make sure you are speaking in a loud voice when you order so there is no mistakes . And won't end up with...

We found this place on a drive a few weeks ago. Had a fantastic meal and good people. We sat at the counter. We loved it! This past Tuesday we decided to try it for breakfast...it was a mistake. We had a waitress that initially ignored us and then was full of excuses as to why she couldn’t get to us. Which was fine - we had no place we needed to be and had the time. We finally got to order and when it finally came out I found a brown hair two pieces of toast down in my order of toast. I didn’t want to make a scene so I put my toast aside and waited for an opportunity to bring it to our waitresses attention. Quietly I had showed the waitress and she snatched the plate from my hands, looks at me then my daughter and says; ‘I don’t know what you want me to do about it. The cook is bald so it didn’t come from him. I have no idea what you think I should do about it.’ Out loud! In a crowded dining room this is how she chooses to go. She didn’t even offer an excuse that she was so full of earlier. I didn’t honestly expect much as it was a side order of toast and didn’t contaminate breakfast - but I most certainly took it out of her tip. Unfortunately, we will...

This is a local hangout in the summer, ice cream, fried clams, burgers and such. The whole belly clams are good but the portion to price left me feeling a bit taken. As for the french fries I'm just going to say they need work. They appear to be fresh cut, if they are they need hotter fresher oil. Fries should be crisp and cooked to order, these are wilted and not quite soggy, cheap ketchup didn't help. Shakes are very DQ or McDonald's like, I want to taste the ice cream, so I give them a 7 out of 10. Clams an 8. Burgers are ok but "Wonder Bread" buns don't cut it with any fixings on board.

Everything Seems to be hit or miss as does the service, only game around attitude instead of how can we improve. Note to owners, patrons want to come to your place, step up and clean it up. No excuses for dirty tables and a staff that looks like they have been in the same clothes for 2 days. Lastly hire some summer help that wants to make good food that people will...
