I usually donโt post bad reviews, in fact this may be the first Iโve ever posted, but after reading how good other reviews were, Iโm extremely disappointed. We walked in and werenโt acknowledged by staff, even though they walked right by us and practically had to reach around us to get into the refrigerators. Someone else who walked in for a pick up order was helped right away. Meanwhile, a line of at least 2 other parties, came in. We were finally sat at a table with the waitress speaking to us minimally with no real greeting, and said sheโd be back. Other people at tables that hadnโt gotten their food yet didnโt look very happy. After waiting about 5 minutes without the waitress coming back, we left. I feel bad because it seemed like they had only 1 cool and 2 servers, one of which didnโt seem to be moving with any kind of urgency, but even with being short staffed, thereโs no excuse to not be friendly, apologetic, etc. The only reason Iโm not giving it a 1 star rating is because I didnโt try the food (which did look good). We were greeted by the lady in the restaurant as we entered. We were given menus and noticed that there were plenty of dishes to choose from. We decided to each order a Harvest omelet which was a specialty omelet. It contained cheddar cheese with mushrooms, spinach, roasted red peppers, onions, broccoli, tomatoes and broccoli! This dish was served with home fries and buttered toast. My husband substituted his home fries with a fresh fruit bowl of bananas, grapes, honeydew melon and cantalope. I had a glass of cranberry juice and my husband enjoyed several cups of coffee. This delicous omelet plate was delicious and extremely filling. The service was quick . The server was friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our meal here and will be coming back soon. It is definitely a wonderful breakfast...

My bank account was charged, so when I called the next day to reverse the charge, the nice lady on the phone said she would cancel the order. The charge was still on my account the following day, so when I called again and asked for a manager, he told me โyou should have knownโ the store was closed. Manager said the issue โisnโt my problem.โ
Incredible lack of customer service and empathy from this place. Not sure how you run a successful business when you tell customers to kick rocks whenever they come to you with a complaint.
