The employees were hard to talk to at the front counter. There was a noticable communication barrier due to the drive-thru orders being taken at the front register so there was an employee talking over a headset directly next to the one speaking to customers at the front counter which made it even harder for the cashier to hear customers with all the shielding in place between the customer and cashier. Other people in line were also having difficulties placing orders and when another employee came over to help they were also having trouble communicating with customers so it was not just one particular person not speaking loudly enough.
The food was average for McDonald's. The fries were hot and fresh and the drink was full, which isn't always the case lately. My only real complaint, besides the communication difficulties was that the new and currently promoted Chicken Sandwich was mediocre at best. I ordered it as the spicy version, which it was, but the chicken itself tasted like fish. I do eat fish and seafood but even I found it slightly off-putting. I am guessing it was due to being cooked at the same time as Filet-o-fishes due to it being the lunchtime rush. It also was alot smaller than promotional ads and even the menuboard pictures show it to be, and the bun was squished. I definately do not consider it to be worth the approximately $9 that the meal costs. It also wasn't very crispy, but that can be forgiven due to having to get the sandwich to go since dine-in eating isn't allowed.
I would return to this location if I was in the area and needed a quick meal, but I would choose something else from the menu and would probably just wait in the drive-thru line instead of dealing with the difficulties of placing an...
Read moreI've had a couple good experiences at this location, in fact the day shift usually has me thinking its one of the better locations I've been too. How the night shift handles them has destroyed any good will they had earned and at this point in time, I would advise going to almost any other fast food alternative instead.
A recap of how destroyed my order was: -ordered 2 double cheeseburgers - one completely mia and the other didn't have any of the condiments on it at all.
Honestly, this order could not have been mangled any harder than it was tonight and I haven't had an order this bad in my entire life.
With prices rising across the board, there is no reason someone should pay hiked prices if they are also going to get bent over.
Props to this McDonald's if they are training the blind to be their line cook, if that's not the case management needs to do...
Read moreIt seems I can never get great service more than 1x before the next 3x’s are terrible. I come to this McDonald’s because it’s on my way home from work and there’s nothing else, but lately when I go there the employees are either rude or completely distracted to the point they’ve gotten my order wrong in several occasions. Tonight the employee at the first window was on their phone texting someone while handling my order and payment, they ended up pausing in between doing things to finish a text, and usually when I get to the second window there’s either someone working who doesn’t speak much English and doesn’t understand that my order it wrong (which is perfectly fine, just maybe don’t have them handling customer orders) or I get someone who is more interested in the conversation happening with employees than taking care and paying attention to the customers. I’m not a stickler for rules and what not, but there is a level of customer service you should be giving in order to ensure customers keep going to that location and I’m honestly probably not going to go back to that McDonald’s. It’s just not worth spending my money there to be frustrated and have my food made...
