I found this place on Google and came for supper. It's inside a truck stop which I called because Google map showed somewhere else that I couldn't find. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was also the one who took my order. He was very polite. I placed my order at the register but I paid after I was finished and ready to leave. I thought this was good because it allowed me to make one transaction for that and the roasted chickpeas that I bought from the Indian products they had for sale in the restaurant. I ordered Goat Curry, Garlic Naan, White Rice & the mango drink. I've had Indian food before and the red curry would have my mouth on fire but not here. It was different. It wasn't as hot as all the others I've had. It also had onions and other ingredients that I've never had or noticed to have before in the other Indian meals. The flavor was so good. Everything was delicious! When I smelled the smell of that food, I became delighted. It had been a while since I've had Indian cuisine. Only downside was I had two chunks of bone. One I noticed the other I bit down on it thinking it was meat. The price I paid for the meal, there shouldn’t’ve been any bones at all. Nonetheless, I will definitely be...

The soft parota naan is freshly made right there, adding a comforting touch to your meal. And don't even get me started on the pakodi - it's crispy and delicious, prepared right in front of your eyes.
One bite of the palak paneer and it simply melts in your mouth. The flavors are rich and satisfying, making it a definite standout dish. The egg curry is another must-try, offering a delightful combination of spices that will leave your taste buds wanting more.

Read moreWe stopped here to eat lunch on the way to Austin, TX. We are traveling from Virginia so this was quite a treat to find Dhaba style restaurant in a gas station. There were plenty of others customers enjoying the food there. The staff is very friendly and even helped the our family pics on the traditional Indian cots. It’s got a nice dhaba vibe and plenty of seating booths. Loved the food selection for both vegetarian and non vegetarian folks. My husband and I tried Malai kofta with garlic naan and tandoori roti. The malai kofta was soft and flavorful. Garlic naan is delicious. Tandoori roti was okay but nothing like the tandoori rotis my grandma used to make fresh on clay oven back in india. The owner was kind enough to provide complimentary rice and Indian chai to us. My husband enjoyed his mango lassi. We purchased Indian snacks for the road. It’s a truly memorable experience. I hope they open dhabas in Virginia also...
