Okay, so here's the thing. I've worked in food business, and so I know it can be exhausting, irritating, people are a chore to deal with sometimes-- I get it, I really do. But if you are so incompetent, that you cannot understand, or listen to even one aspect of a customer's order, theres something wrong with the establishment, or at least some of the people working within it. Before I go any further in the body of my complaint, I would like to make a brief segue to honor the one person there, who has it together. There is one guy who works there, he usually is the one handling the drive thru transactions, and handing the orders out. He is great. He is accurate, respectful, efficient, and hard working. 10 stars for him.
But then there are the kids working there. I swear, I am not trying to sound old, hating on the youth and everything, but I was their age not too long ago, and I am just, beyond unimpressed with their level of competence, or incompetence i should say. The number of times they have misunderstood a MOBILE order...its like, how does that get lost in translation if it's written down? I ordered avocado spread,( to spread on my gluten free bread @ home) and a couple of drinks, and when I picked it up I was waiting in the drive thru line for so long, like 10 minutes. When I got my order I was so annoyed I didn't even check it before leaving (my fault). When I got home, instead of a little sealed container of avocado spread, I pulled out a soggy piece of bread with avocado SLATHERED all over it. And it was cold. I threw it out, it was just disgusting. Like, if I had wanted toast I would have ordered the avocado toast, but i ordered the spread. Anyway, I can't even tell you the drama of ordering a matcha latte with oat milk, you might as well ask them to find the square root of infinity, its just as hard for them to figure out.
And lastly, today my husband ordered orange juice, and they hand him an apple juice. Like dude. Get one thing right.
This location used to be great. And then all these guys with middle parts and broccoli hair started showing up and getting paid for their sub par performance. Its a shame, because the location is convenient, but these 10 minute drive thru waits for a black coffee (that they're going to try and ruin with cream and sugar, 5 times out of 10). Just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe worst location ever. We've been here before and had a couple mishaps so we let it slide. Whoever is on the speaker at the drive thru, he needs to either quit or don't do the drive thru at all. Repeated my order 4 times because he did not understand it. Went up to the window to pay, which the guy who works giving out the drinks, is okay. He did nothing wrong. It's the guy who takes the orders and makes the drinks that needs to quit. Made the wrong drink, so the other guy had to make us pull to park. My husband, at this point isn't so happy, went into the store, proceeded to wait AND guess what.... made the wrong size of the drink...šš. He had to remake it into the size we got and went on to the county farm location lol... obviously this is the last time we will ever go to this location. I don't care to wait for getting the correct drinks, it's that kid that makes the drinks who ruined it. Or just don't come here on a Sunday morning.
May I add... I ordered an everything bagel with a side of veggie cream cheese and they gave me plain. Like I said, he needs to quit or just greet people because if you can't understand people thru a drive thru, people will continue to have issues at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust went in to try to surprise the kids with a dozen donuts and the clerk seemed to only want me to take what she had in one of 3 boxes. She seemed very inconvenienced that I wanted a different selection. More people came in & she now tried to rush me more, I was trying to allow her to help the other customers, but after the lack of customer service I left without my purchase. I passed 4 other locations that couldāve serviced me happily, I chose yours, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Iāll make sure to pass your location and utilize the others next time. Also, you may want to encourage your employees not to park in front of the store allowing customers the convenience of these spots. Have we forgotten or never taught this new generation common courtesy things? Little things go a long way! 3/1 Well apparently things havenāt changed! I have come in 3 more times since my last review & my order has been taken wrong ALL 3 times! HOW HARD IS TEA & BAGELS LOL TIME TO...
