I have been ordering from this location once every couple of weeks for the past 2 years. I always order the same thing. They have a pick 2 deal and it comes with a drink for $9.99. I order a personal pan pizza and breadsticks. For the past year and a half, I have had no problems. I called in today to place my order. I was told by the employee they no longer have this deal going on and acted like they never had that one. This is the same location I have been buying from. I then decided not to place the order because I didn't want to pay the extra $6 to get the same thing I usually get. About 30 minutes later, I decided to go ahead and place an order. I did the order online this time since they no longer offered the deal. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed they still had the deal advertised on the outside window, as well as on the menu in the store. I asked why they no longer offered that deal. The employee said they still offer it. I then asked why I was not able to get that deal. They told me since I placed the order online I could not get that deal. I then asked if they could fix it for me and they said they could not. I then stated I just called in about 30 minutes ago asking for this deal. I informed them that they told me they no longer offered it. The employee just stood there and said she could not do anything about it. I attached a picture of the advertisement below. It makes zero sense. They have an advertised deal but it's impossible to get it. The only way I guess to get this deal is to order in-store. But I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break so can't stop in the store and wait for it to be made. Nowhere in the advertisement does it say "Only for In-Store Orders." I guess I will no longer be ordering from this store again. I work right down the road and it was convenient for me to get lunch quickly. It's ridiculous. Read moreFirst for the 1st 5 months I lived here. I had to prove them wrong by letting them know 1) there was deliveries being made past my road 2) a delivery made right next door. Now to top it off they just as of this post they made a delivery that wasnt complete and have to wait an additional 30min to get a complete order. Not too happy with this place. Ok so it’s been a few months since I last posted on here. Don’t ever try to get the store directly it will just hang up on u after u already place an order. If u try to go back though the process to get a hold of a person it’s just an ordering service and u won’t ever find out what is taking so long. My husband and I are on vacation and visited your location because we were fishing at The Winfield locks and dam. The food was amazing and she even looked for us to bring the food directly to OUR CAR!
