The staff is friendly and efficient, though during peak hours (especially on game nights), service can slow down a bit. Still, the servers are attentive and happy to accommodate special requests.

Food & Drinks The menu is classic sports bar fare with a few standout dishes. I ordered the Post Burger, which came perfectly medium-rare with crispy bacon and melted cheddar. The fries were well-seasoned and not overly greasy. Their buffalo wings (I got the spicy garlic flavor) were crispy and had just the right amount of heat. The loaded nachos were massive—great for sharing.

For drinks, they have a decent selection of local and domestic beers on tap, along with reasonably priced cocktails. Their game-day specials (like $5 drafts during NFL Sundays) make it a great spot for budget-friendly fun.

Pricing & Wait Times Prices are fair—most burgers and sandwiches run between $12-$16, and appetizers are around $8-$12. The portions are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. The only downside is that it can get very crowded during major sports events, so arriving early is key if you want...

I waited for over an hour and a half for my food and after the first 45 mins I asked our waitress how much longer it would be as my 7 year old was getting "hangry" she had said we were next... that wasn't true. Once we reached the hour and a half mark I went to the counter to ask the waitress how much longer it would be and the blonde lady that was cooking turned around and said to me "This isn't fast food" I replied and said I understand it's not fast food but I placed my order an hour and a half ago and still have nothing. Kind of disappointing when other customers that came in after me were getting there food cooked and served while my family and I waited and waited. We only received the tacos because the cook was holding the grilled cheese basically proving to me that she could move even slower with our food! We paid for 3 tacos, grilled cheese and fries, and boneless wings. After an hour and 50 mins we walked out and only had the tacos as she never cooked our wings and was holding the grilled cheese hostage because she didn't like that I asked how much longer! Needless to say we will never be eating there again!!!! I've called to ask to speak to a Michelle McDonald and of course she wasn't there. Go figure!!! Worst experience ever!!!! The lady who was cooking was unprofessional, rude, and had no manners what so ever. I talked to a few friends who said that they have had similar experiences and that the owner/manager won't do anything so that just goes to show ya get what ya...

My boyf & I are very regular here at The Post & we very rarely have had a bad experience. We often are here late night, after the cooks leave & after the first bartender is cut. We want to applaud @fran Taft for her upmost customer service. This week, Benton street has experienced a mass outage of Wi-Fi (shoutout to Frontier for their AWFUL service!!!). Although their card readers have been down & we have had to pay in cash, we saw Fran exhaust EVERY option to serve us with the ongoing conditions. She even found jewelry in the bathroom that someone left behind & she found the owner of it to return it. We also have seen her check numerous IDs of those that are not regulars to ensure that all patrons are of age & are drinking responsibly. Through & through, she is a force to this business & we visit on Saturday nights solely for her. We honestly came in on this Saturday night with a party of 20+ people after 11 PM & even though it was a lot to handle the party plus her other customers, she did it with such ease. We enjoy her business, her service, & more so...
