Don’t ever come here unless you want to have a bad time here! I stopped by on 04/28/2019 at between 6:10-6:23. We made 2 separate orders that was given an okay on when we made it aware to this very cool guy that seemed laid back. We got to the window and this young guy was at the first window. We gave him my daughters gift card that was given to her for Christmas just to COVER ONLY THE FRAPPE. Well... he charged her last 20 on the big order. Which was our second order I would cover with my own card. We emphasized that, again, this is our daughters Christmas Gift Card.., and only wants to cover the frappe on that card... only the Large frappe. Then I give him my card... at this point still not knowing what he had done. My notifications are on for each charge my card goes through, I see it has a charge of 4 and some change. Which by then my husband ask him, did you charge all of it on the first card? That was supposed to be the Large Frappe... which is why we asked about placing 2 separate order. He then smiles and innocently kind of laughs and tells us he seen that the first card (my daughter’s gift card)only had $20 and had accidentally charged all of it to her gift card which left her with 0. I’m a bit fumed at this point but, I try to see how they could fix that. My husband pulls to the curve in front of the 1st window, so we wouldn’t block them in. I go inside, and there’s a guy that just took a burger back as I got in. Stating that burger wasn’t his. The other guys speaks up and says that’s his however, requested to make over a new burger instead of the one the guy brought back. The other guy that brought back the wrong burger takes off. It’s just me and the other guy waiting for his new burger to be made. In the meantime one of the lady working there ask me what happened, I explained myself gave her my 2 cards that were charged and my receipt- that by the way, they made sure I never got back. She takes off to the back somewhere and tells me she’ll be back. On the other hand, the guy that requested a whole new burger to be made gets the SAME FREAKING BURGER BACK! They only either added or removed it! He and I were standing there looking at it, the cook lady slides it to the guy serving out the food. This guys speaks again, and asked “Are you sure this is the new burger I asked for?” The worker there looked him right in the eye and said “Yes Sir” I am shaking my head at this situation, the man asked him again “Are you sure this is not the same burger?” The worker tells him the same thing. This guy was livid and just snatched the bag sitting on the counter, and took off. What if he was allergic to something??? To which of course... at this point I’m just getting more upset with everything and how they’re handling it. Sure enough, the lady comes back and tells me... there is nothing she could do. I said I would leave a review.. here it is. Really what I wanted to do was report them for giving the man that requested not to get that same burger that man returned, and I also wanted to get a damn full refund but we were so hungry since we came from a 3 hour swim. What they would of told me then? I can’t get my refund. Nice McDonald, very poor on how they handle situations though. Oh by the way no damn sauces For the order of chicken strips I had. Thank you McDonalds. I don’t know about you guys but I sure as hell cant eat when I’m p.o. either. So this chicken strips will be fed to my pups. Wouldn’t make such a big fuss if I didn’t have 2 hours to drive back home and was counting on this meal to hold us. Oh my husband also informed he gave this guy cash at the first to avoid the confusion not knowing the guy at the first window had charged all the funds in my daughter’s card... but the guy sure did did keep that “tip”! How did our order go from around $25 to $30.... no clue!!! Sneaky...
Read moreTwo out of the last three times (in approximately a month ) we've gone to this restaurant they've messed up our order and it's a small order it gets frustrating when it's over and over again. We've had other mistakes at this place so our opinion of this place is really getting sullied.
When we went through the drive-thru To get two sausage egg and cheese McMuffins and two coffees with four creamer and two sweetener in each coffee.
This time the mistake was only the coffee last time it was the sandwiches and the time before the sandwiches.
It's frustrating this time because as we were telling her the order she was sighing loudly when we were correcting the coffee order cuz it was wrong on the screen and she was just sighing at us like like she was frustrated we let that go but she never fixed it and she said" I got it" and then when we get to pick up the coffee it's just black coffee also she didn't give us a receipt so we ended up having to wait (asked to pull around and park )to get the receipt ask for creamer and sweetener make the coffee ourselves since it wasn't included in the bag or in the coffee. It took a lot more time to complete this order then what we would have gone through if we gone almost anywhere else.
I know that McDonald's is a super busy place and we don't actually expect a whole lot from them and you can see I've never put in a review before I don't like giving negative reviews for small mistakes but this is just an ongoing thing with this particular restaurant we've gone other places and never had this kind of problem. Read moreThis location can either be awesome or it can be your worst nightmare depending on what manager and crew are working. I frequent here most mornings. If it’s the male manager working with his crew it is awesome,fast and great service. However, if it’s the Hispanic lady and her crew they don’t care the slightest bit about service or pace. They mosey around with no sense of urgency and give everyone a hard time about their order should they inquire about the time remaining. She is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. She should be fired honestly. Terrible with time management and leadership. I honestly don’t know how she is a manager nor working there still to this day. Poor poor customer service to say the least. If I could give 0 stars I would, however that wouldn’t be fair to the male manager who is the exact opposite of her.
