Italian Garden — Restaurant in Winnsboro

I gave them this score because they never get my order correct.Its disappointing to get home and you have no salad dressing for your salad nor do you have any at home.I asked them not to cook my wings hard and they were extremely hard!! I called to talk with a manager but they said he was busy .The young lady said they had another manager on duty thought.Well when she( other manager) got on the phone I asked for her name and she paused and was like uuuhhm ma'am can you just tell me what you need.I told her the reason I,wanted her name was to ensure I was speaking to a manager and I could call back and let them know who I spoke with .She was like I don't want to give you my name because you could be a terrorist or something.I told her please don't do this ..She finally said Jennifer.I told her what happened ..She never apologized or asked my name..I simply said just make sure you let then know about my order.Not to mentioned when I called my order in the person told me to hold and I heard her say uuuuuggghhhjhhh... But after going to Bilo and buying dressing the salad was good ..didn't eat the wings because they were too hard..Sorry...

Italian Garden doesn't look crazy great from the outside, but for the past five or so years, it's been my #1 lunch spot when my work takes me to Winnsboro. A caveat: right now they are only doing take-out, not dine-in, so call and place your order ahead of time. Having said that, when they did do dine-in, the staff was very polite. Even today for takeout, my host was very nice and helpful, and the order was ready right about when she said it should be. I don't know how the pizza is, but if it's like the spaghetti it will be wonderful. I've had the spaghetti with meat sauce maybe 12 times - the same comfort food every time. This isn't a pretentious joint trying to remind everyone they're from Italy, this is italian comfort food. If you want frills and accents, this is not your spot. But if you want good food that fills you up at a reasonable price? Then this...
