Probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life, without exaggeration. As other reviewers here have stated, they’re always understaffed, terrible management and they can’t get an order right to save their lives. I stopped trying to get food there a while ago as they’re not even capable of correctly spreading cream cheese on a bagel, however the last time I went for a coffee I was given the wrong coffee (which I could already tell by looking at it was made incorrectly), and the MANAGER refused to re-make it the way I ordered it, because he “already made it”; this is the same manager that spends the entire morning berating the employees that do decide to show up to work, and if you catch him on the wrong day he’ll give the customer a bad attitude as well. I’m not surprised that no one wants to work for this guy, and the employees that they are able to retain are bottom of the barrel.
My advice is to save yourself the trouble and spend a few extra minutes in the car to go to the location on the White Horse Pike - nice employees, amazing service and your coffee and food will always be made correctly - plus they don’t close early just because they feel like it.
I sent my concerns to Dunkin’ Donuts corporate, as I assumed they’d be interested in knowing that one of their [newer] locations is so poorly managed and staffed, no one ever responded. Big...
Read moreFirst off, it is a Dunkin Donuts. The coffee, donuts and sandwiches are what you expect. It is newly-opened location in a dreadful location with respect to traffic flow. However, to expect that the NJ Dept of Transportation would have even considered public safety when granting approvals is somewhat unrealistic. The DOT is a rubber stamp for the whatever the local government wants. If there are a bunch of traffic fatalities, that's Winslow Township's problem.
Winslow Township only cares about adding tax ratables. They have to sine they have already approved additional residential construction throughout the township despite HUGE NUMBERS of homes already on the market. This will be a great strain on an already dreadful, bottom-ranked high school (with the rest of the school system just being below average - the best students go elsewhere for high school). So don't expect the township to exercise any real oversight on development projects.
Returning to Dunkin Donuts, if they don't want to sell you a double or triple or quadruple expresso, instead of complaining about it, why don't you order 2 or 3 or 4 expressos and dump them in one container? Now you have your super turbo expresso and you don't have to deal with the idiots employed at DD....
Read more1 star only because I can’t give a zero. This is by far without a doubt the absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. I stopped going there months ago because my order was always wrong, never made my coffee correctly, would ask for a toasted bagel with cream cheese on it, would get a plain bagel not toasted, not cut, cream cheese on side with no knife and no napkins. Iced coffee would have a froth on it which I have no idea what that was but would never have the right flavor shot, or a ton of cream or not any, or a whole cup of ice when specifically asking for less ice. Sandwiches thrown together and falling apart in the bag. Decided to give it another go considering the recent “under new management” have two hungry little kids in the car and the woman taking my order was very rude, dismissive, with an arrogant and unprofessional tone. Needless to say I stopped mid order and left the drive through. If you’re in the service industry it’s part of your job to have people skills and not be rude. My 6 year old could do better taking drive through orders. I’ll never go to this establishment again and will go out of my way to make sure anyone I know will never go to this establishment. The...
