Francesco's Cucina Italiana — Restaurant in Winslow Township

Went last night a Thursday. Seated right away because no one was there in the dining room at 6:15. Service was friendly and quick at first. Not sure why it took 5 minutes to get water though. 1 house salad and 1 with ceaser dressing turned into both with same dressing and it wasn't ceaser. I had chicken parm and it took over 30 mintues. Three decent sized pieces of chicken was nice if cooked only once. The meat was rubbery like it was microwaved before it was breaded and fried. I also had a baked potato they found in the back. Leftover from previous nights special, I was told. Otherwise pasta only. Potato was good, actually best part of the meal. My companion had sauteed zucchini and it was woefully undercooked and not edible. Desert was bread pudding that was given to us because of the meal issues. Unfortunately it was the worse bread pudding I have ever had. 1 bite and I was done. This was our 2nd time there and I live 5 minutes away. The first time was pretty bad also but this was terrible. The absolute worst. Food is decent however the service is very much to be desired. No mention of specials, no bread offered, had to ask for water 3 times before delivered. We ordered the all you can eat crabs and got there early 6 PM and had to wait 20to 30 minutes between asking for more crabs and the delivery. Then when we finally received a " half" order of crabs they were still frozen!!!! Alot of apologies but when I spoke to the "manager " supposedly on duty her reply was...can I buy u a drink??? Really?? So that is supposed to forgive the 127dollars we paid for very below par food? I live in marlton and travel 40 minutes to visit this establishment and promise I never will again. Lousy food and service. We waited almost an hour for our food, they sent another waitress over and said our server was "in a meeting". When we finally got our dinners and they were cold and overcooked. Soggy cold spaghetti, must have been sitting in the water pot all day. My wife's dinner was not much warmer. The owner was at the next table facing away, and didn't even get up to see why we were upset. They could have at least given us a cheap dessert to make up for it but they couldn't have cared less. They never told us it was extra for blue cheese dressing! (on a $25.00 meal!) They overcharged us for our wine, and when we pointed it out on the menu they said "we don't even carry the wine you ordered". 1/4 of their menu prices were "whited out" with no price showing, who knows what they would charge for those dinners.
