So I usually love Marcos pizza and have always enjoyed the service but today was absolutely awful! I called ten till 11:00 am opening hour... the guy said I’d get my delivery by 11.10 and sounded real nice . I waited till about 11.25 to call and ask about my pizza and the guy says it’s on it’s way and makes no apologies or offers me a discount... call them again at 11.40 and the guy says “well you said pick up and we are sending to you now “ I state that I ordered for delivery and the guy gives me a smug “uh ok” and says they will credit my account for my next order... they delivery guy gets here at 11.43 charged me 16 bucks on my 13.90 pizza says it’s delivery charge (keeping in mind my delivery was 30 minuets late) so I asked him if I could use my 30% discount I had received in the mail a few days ago ... he acts like it would be a pain to call up the store to change my total so I just take the pizza and still tip him about 4 dollars... well the pizza was cold! I’m just at a loss of words of how poorly my service was today and can officially say they’ve lost my business... and I’m a regular... order from my place or when I’m with friends... I eat in the pizza store too... definitely not anymore.. terrible terrible customer service and terrible...
Read moreI thought about calling in, but it seems the Manager was on duty and he was well aware what was going on. I came in with my son to order. We were ordering for our family that came in from out of State, so we definitely had to make sure we had it right for those that were ordering, so we had to make a call back to the house. No one was in line it was not busy, so when the guy asked if my son was ready to order it seems as there was a problem because he or I was not ready. I noticed the attitude change, the stares, the frustration, and the hand Gestures 🫤 😤 towards my son (not so much me) , so Me being a mom I didn't address it, because I didn't want any problems. My point of making this post is, you NEVER know who walks in your establishment nor what they do and when you show signs of being irritated in a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB, Then maybe you need to Check ✔️ yourself when dealing with Customers or Find a fitting job for you that you don'thave to deal with the public. The way you handled it was Not okay. This situation could have turned out bad, but I said nothing and still was polite and we left, don't worry I do not Plan on bringing my money or family back to this establishment since we seemed to frustrate you all. Read moreI use to love this pizza however I the last year and a half the service has been TERRIBLE! I have made multiple complaints as usually they forget my garlic butter sauce that I paid for was forgotten or other things. So today, I tried them again and I asked for triple sauce (which is usually like dbl on a thin crust) and extra cheese and I received a VERY dry (barely any sauce) pizza with regular cheese pizza (again I paid for dbl cheese). I called and spoke with what I assume was they manager and was told that he reversed my transaction however I was also being placed on a do not deliver list. I told him all I wanted was my pizza redelivered the way their menu allowed me to alter my pizza and they could have the incorrect pizza back. He said no and I advised him that it was not fair to me to be penalized for their employees consistently NOT making my pizzas/orders in the manner that their online website allows me to customize my pizza. I am NOT asking for something they do not offer yet I am being placed on the naughty list because I keep being charged for what I am not receiving. He eventually told me Papa Johnson is down the road. So THEY will get my business...
