Fox Den Eatery — Restaurant in Winston

I dont even know how these terribly rude woman even keep their job with the very rude attitude constantly. I've been coming here for a little over a year now and I have refrained this long from posting this review because I thought maybe its just a bad few months but nope. The worst one of all (the straw that broke the camels back) the heavy one with the blue hair.. This woman is so rude and obviously hates her job (maybe even her life) I dont know but EVERYTIME she is forced to get up from whatever small talk she may be doing at the time to this guy that comes to visit her she literally ROLLS HER EYES... I made sure to say please when I asked for a coffee cup she peeled herself up off her chair, eyes completely rolled in the back of her head, I couldn't believe it. She handed me the cup and I said"Thank you!" She didnt even acknowledge me... There is so much more but Its too much for a review. I suggested sending in a mystery shopper or something. Im sure you'll be just as appalled as I was.. Or maybe not.. who knows maybe whoever store this is doesn't care about how their customers are treated. I suggested doing some better intervening or a class on professionalism. I think I'll stay away from here on out. My nice morning was really kinda ruined...

Bit confused on why it's labeled as an eatery. I mean sure, I think they serve finger goods from a microwave or airfryer, but it's a gambler and one of the cheaper places in Winston to buy cigarettes. I haven't gambled much on the slot machines so don't have much of an opinion there but there's always at least one or two people on the machines (most of the time more) every time I go in so I imagine it's one of the better places for slots in town. Staff are all pretty nice. I really like the super sweet lady with the accent earlier in the day and the younger gentleman with shaggy hair in the evenings, both...

Cool! They serve food and drink. As well as providing entertainment if you want to throw some money in the machine. Only complaint (which really isn't bad) it was so busy, that there was not enough machines to play on. People were waiting in line, doubling up on 1 machine or I saw a few leave. Business must be good. To bad there wasn't a way to fill it up with a few...
