First time visiting this restaurant. Alexander our server was amazing! Excellent service! We ate inside and the restaurant is cozy. It is nice they give the option to either eat outside on the screened patio with fans or inside with the A/C. My husband and I shared a large hand tossed pizza and we had a petite salad each. The pizza was okay, and it wasn't worth $25.00 they charge. The pizza sauce was bland tasting. Usually Italian restaurants make spicy, flavorful pizza sauce. This wasn't the case here. Flippers makes better fresh tasting pizza for less money, and Flippers in Oviedo is a sit down restaurant. Also we didn't like the fact that they charge customers an extra fee for using a credit card. They call it a "Non Cash Adjustment" fee. I honestly haven't seen this practice before until now. It should be illegal. Most customers pay with a credit card. It is interesting how restaurants find sneaky ways to nickle and dime customers. They should disclose to customers up front before you order anything that if you are paying with a credit card they are charging an extra fee on top of your bill to use it instead of paying with cash. Basically it appears they are making the customers pay their merchant "interchange rate" who use their credit card as payment. It would be better to increase the prices across the board instead of tacking on fees for using a credit card, because the food is over priced anyways. What is an extra 5% increase? Based on the food and the prices my husband and I decided that we won't be coming back here. The food is over priced. The cheapest entrée is $19.00. The petite salads are $9.00, and the portion size is small for $9.00. The only great thing we experienced was the service. We are not interested in being over charged for food that is not worth the high prices especially from the way the economy is heading which is in the wrong direction.

For an Italian place, the pasta was well overcooked. The chicken masala had maybe 5 small mushrooms. Sauce was lacking in flavor, tasted like it was out of a can. The spaghetti that came with the dish was so overcooked I could barely get it on the fork without it falling apart. My wife had the shrimp arabiatta. The sauce on this was better, but again, the penny was overcooked. The shrimp were tasty but a little scarce. I think maybe 4 in the dish total. As far as service goes, we had to wait 20 minutes before our server came to get drinks orders. I would understand if the place was full, but the majority of the tables were empty outside. Every server we asked said it was not there table amd they would let the server know. Finally, I had to get up and ask at the front for some help. The server himself was pleasant but a bit forgetful. We were a party of 4 that each ordered entrees. When we finally got some bread, it was barely enough for one. The salad was dry amd lacked dressing, even the dressing was a little bland for a Caesar salad. In short, a family business should have much better standards of cuisine. A claim to be an Italian restaurant and overlooking the pasta is sacrilegious.

First and last time here. Gave 2 stars because the bread, calamari and desserts were good. Menu online is totally inaccurate. Menu there was limited. Most pasta dishes had some type of fish. No scampi, no penne Al vodka. And once we decided what to eat they say they have no veal 🤦🏻‍♀️. The wedding soup was horrible. It had shredded chicken in it. More like vegetable soup.Salad was blah too! Then we sat next to kitchen and the workers back there were dropping Fbombs loud enough to hear. I’m sure the locals keep them in business but doesn’t say much for them not knowing what real Italian food taste like. $125 later not worth it. Don’t waste time. Go to Nonno’s in Altamonte. In regards to leaving an accurate review, I am 100%accurate, no need to lie about it! Sorry if your feelings are hurt. And authentic Italian Wedding soup does not have shredded chicken in it! Thank you.

The first time I went to Dominic's my group and I waited two hours for our food and then the server told us it would probably only be about 45 minutes more. Everyone was tired of waiting after already sitting there for 2 hours so we left. My family and I just recently decided to try Dominic's again on Easter. My wife called a week ago to make a reservation and they lost it, but were able to seat us. Our group of eight sat down to one menu between us. I asked for another menu and questioned our server about the one Easter menu that was on the table. He gave us a very annoyed look, grabbed the manager, and she explained the Easter menu. I was baffled. It was the most insane thing I've ever heard of in my 36 years. They wouldn't let us order off the real menu and told us that we could pick from three of six options and that it was going to be some kind of communal dinner, almost like a catered dinner. She further explained that it would be $25 per person that included my 11-year-old son, and $10 a piece for my other two children. So you're talking $95 for our family of five before appetizers drinks or tip. I've heard that the food is pretty good, that's why I was there, but I doubt it's going to be good enough for me to spend an estimated $140 all together. Things might have been different if they would have told us about this strange Easter menu in any of the two times that we called previously to set up the reservation, but they mentioned nothing. At this point I'm just sitting there dumbfounded. The manager excuses herself and the hostess brings me their their normal menu that I can't order off of. At this point I'm like guys it's been fun but I'm going to leave and take my party elsewhere. So to make a long story short I had a amazing meal at Stefano's for about $60 for all five of us and I'll most likely never be back to Dominic's. The thing that aggravated me the most about the situation was our lack of menu choices and definitely their execution of things. No one wants to feel like they don't have free will to choose. Especially when your spending a decent amount of money on a meal. We also had people in our group with food allergy allergies, so that makes it very tough to get a one size fits all meal. The date that we waited two hours and were told it was going to be another 45 minutes was mother's...

Called 3 times to order and I was put on hold and they never answered. I called back then the manager acts like it’s my fault he was busy and never apologized for the unprofessional service. This has happened before in person while they were slow too. I should have posted about it then but I figured it was a one off. I know you get busy but at least communicate that so I know that it will be 5 plus minutes. When we went there in person my wife and I sat for 32 minutes with not one person waiting on us. We didn’t even get a glass of water. We loved going to get pizza from you guys for years now but I guess you have gotten so big that you no longer care about the people who have supported you throughout the years. I hope you get your service improves and I only wish you the best. Please Learn n grow cause I’m not perfect either.

What part was uncalled for your unprofessionalism or me hanging up on you for talking to me like I’m your child. I hung up so I wouldn’t say something I would regret later. I actually care about other people’s feelings and I figured by the way you were talking that you didn’t care for my business or time. I also knew by the anger in your voice is that you were stressed and were having a ruff night. So I apologized for hanging up. Please Communicate that your busy before you put people on hold and not pick back up then I would understand. Like in any relationship or business Communication is the key to success.

Again I hope you learn n grow and Look back at your past reviews and see this is a trend and I really want the best for you. I’ve stuck up for your business before when I was waiting to pick up pizza and other people were mad cause there order was wrong. I know you are extremely busy at times but I honestly didn’t know until you told me after several attempts. Please know I only want the best and If you would like to talk in person I would gladly do that so we can part as friends and not 2 mad people like what’s going on in the world. Plus I would love to show my kids that 2 people can resolve there differences with talking and learning form each other.

God...
