Taco Bell — Restaurant in Winters

Unbelievably disappointed in this Taco Bell. Me and my family were stopping in for a quick meal because we were on a tight schedule. We waiting 30 minutes for our meal. Along with waiting I’m people watching a young women who worked there went outside wit her gloves on twice I sat there and contemplated for about 5 minutes should I tell her she’s suppose to change her gloves with each time you leave the food station? I finally went up and said hey she didn’t change her gloves after going outside. She gave me awful looks and remarks. I also noticed she wasn’t wearing a hair net and she had a large Afro coming out of her hat. The other guy on the line making food had a beard and no net as well. The manager finally came up and asked if I had a complaint i told the situation he looked at her and I said she changed them after I said something. He’s goes so we’re good then ? I’m sorry is that how you talk to a customer? Multiple people had complaints post getting our meals. And after all that we still had a hair in our double decker. Moral of this story DO...

Place was completely empty when we got there, I think the drive-thru is more popular at this location cause that’s where all the employees were. I didn’t mind that too much cause there were kiosks I could order from; I was starting to worry when roughly 10 minutes passed & nobody made an appearance to at least provide my drink cup (usually that’s one of the first things they take care of). I did get my order 5 maybe 10 minutes later, though they didn’t have the drink cup on the tray & my 4yo distracted me before I could ask them as they were walking away. So had to wait a few minutes at the counter till someone came back out (couldn’t see anyone to get their attention). All things considered it wasn’t a bad experience, but felt the need to explain...

This is by far the absolute BEST Taco Bell experience I've ever had! The food was on point. The portions were great. The 3 items i ordered were ready in less than 5 mins. The restaurant was very clean, possibly the cleanest taco bell ive ever seen, And the staff was very friendly. They did forget the red sauce on my loaded nachos but they were quick to get me a side of it when I brought it to their attention and they were very polite about it and even apologetic, although my order was quite complicated, they managed to get everything else correct. 10/10 I would recommend and I will definitely be returning to this location as a customer...
