Subway — Restaurant in Winters

Worst Subway experience in years. Two sandwich makers that had no idea how to prepare the sandwiches on the menu and then were rude because they didn’t know. Me: I'd like a BLT please. Staff member: what number. Me: it’s not a number it’s a build your own. Staff: starts putting salami on. Me: No just bacon please. A blt. Staff: Take salami off, so you want ham. Me: no just bacon please. Next sandwich… I’d like a number 2 exactly as it says on the menu. Staff: okay puts steak on and passes it down. Me: the menu says it has 2x cheese. Staff: what kind? Me: well the menu says pepperJack. Staff: do you want it toasted? Me: well the menu says it’s toasted. Staff: what veggies. Me: well the menu says onions and peppers. Staff starts to put ranch on. Me: umm the menu says chipotle not ranch. Staff. Ohhh… then way over sauces and wraps. Ridiculous. I’ll just drive 5 minutes more to Vacaville. Not to mention she was using the same gloves to use the register and make the sandwiches the entire...

Their new management seems fairly reserved in offering discounts and deals, even those being run by other Subways. The prices seem a bit elevated and while they do a good job with the sandwiches, it's nothing above others I've been to. They recently rennovated and keep it clean, so it's a pleasant environment. I don't think the employees have ever been rude, but they lack enthusiasm and cheer I've seen elsewhere. I actually just decided to drop from a 4 start to a three star rating because it's just average... If I'm driving out of the area I'll wait to find another Subway rather than stop. They don't try to skimp out on the veggies though... Ask for extra and they will give a...

I ordered 5 foot longs for my family from our local subway online to make it more convenient instead of going into the store. When I picked up the sandwiches the receipt was accurate but when I got home my sandwich had 0 sauce and the Garlic Roast beef comes with the Garlic Aoli sauce. Not to mention I added oil and vinegar as well and I didn’t even taste it. I opened up my sandwich after eating half and NO SAUCE whatsoever. I will never order online again. I even gave a TIP!
