EDIT: As I'm scrolling through the reviews it seems Dunkin or this locations franchisee doesn't care about the reviews either. Haven't seen a single reply to all the bad reviews, what a waste of space. Just sell to Starbucks already at least they will have coffee all day and not run out of one of two things they sell. Normally they are alright, but the past couple of times I have gone to this specific Dunkin to get donuts my order has been completely wrong. I get not having the specific donuts in the shop, but don't just ship a customer off with a dozen donuts most of which will go stale because no one in my house eats them. Hell I'm really the only person who can eat donuts without getting sick so I know they will go uneaten. Then to make it all better the app makes it practically impossible to figure out how to request a refund. Then it leads you to the website which practically forces you to use the AI assistant (lazy) and even if you do all that they only give you points so the $13.99 I spent on the dozen donuts that's going to waste is stuck in an app that doesn't allow me to use points to buy a dozen donuts unless I do it one at a time oh wait you can only redeem one...
   Read moreI don’t know why some of the employees are so rude. They act like I’m wasting their time, meanwhile I just waited in a line so long to get handed not even my full order. I genuinely don’t remember the last time my order was right at this place.
Update 7/10/21 my husband waited in line for 45 minutes to get our coffee and sandwiches. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever experienced. I truly have no idea how they can’t do their one job 😂
Edit/update: 1/6/22 I don't know if they fired all the young girls that sucked at their jobs, but whoever their staff is now is changing the game! Putting it up to 3 stars and if I continue going there and the service is great still, I'll put it to 5. They haven't forgotten anything, food has been good, and service has been quick...

Got hazelnut not carmel bc they "look the same and aren't labeled" they made it right but only after going back. And now that this location has been open a while their milk steamer isn't working anymore. So now every time I go through to get my hot macchiato it comes out lukewarm and I have to go home and mircowave it. NASTY. So I guess I just can't go back as their milk steamer gets over worked.
