North End Cafe — Restaurant in Winthrop

I try to be patient because I know this place employs several young people who try and do their best; however, I had a group of grandkids here, and I ordered several pizzas. I was told they were busy and it would take around 40 minutes. When I went to pick the pizzas up 45 minutes later I was told that their pizza dough was frozen and they were trying to thaw it and it would be at least an hour to get it ready. What was I going to do with a dozen hungry grandchildren now? They didn't know this when I ordered? I called Pizza Hut and they rushed 4 pizzas for me, but to me, this experience soured me on this establishment, which is unfortunate since it's only less than 1/4 mile...
