The BEST small business you could ever support. The espresso was delicious, 10x better than any chain coffee shop or kcup you could buy. Just judging by the menu, you can tell so much thought and creativity goes into their coffee creations. Anything coffee creation you could think of making, it’s here. The Flower Power latte w lavender syrup may have been the best drink I have ever tasted, but I’m very excited to see what fall/winter lattes are coming soon as well. They also carry Italian sodas, which I never see anywhere around here!
Not only is their coffee spectacular, their food was also delicious. Their avocado toast was perfectly ripened and seasoned. Also tried an oatmeal, bagel, and waffle, all of which hit the spot.
The interior is very COVID safe, while still allowing indoor and outdoor (socially distanced) seating. The decor is very aesthetic to the eye as well very Portland-esque.

Let me start out by stating that I have never been a coffee person. I have always found it too bitter or acidic for my pallete. However, the cappuccinos served here are outstanding, with many different syrup flavors to choose from.
They have very earthy sweet top notes to them, followed by a very subtle bitter after taste that accentuates it perfectly. I would describe its overall flavor profile to have a likeness to that of fine chocolate. This is likely because all of the beans are roasted to perfection, with no offensive acidic, bitter, charred, or otherwise adulterated aftertaste whatsoever.

Almost everything she does is 'behind the scenes', but those little touches really make this place and her products something to behold.
