This place is absolutely awesome. I have so many dietary restrictions not just the basic gluten free and dairy free but i cant eat bread or anything that has yeast in it. The majority of food places use things like meat tenderizers or seasonings with yeast extract that I react to.
We went to the hangry fork for a simple omelette the other day. They told me if i didn’t want starches like potatoes or bread i could get sautéed veggies or fresh fruit. I spoke with the owner and she was more knowledgeable about food restrictions than any person I have ever spoke with at any restaurant. She took the time to tell me whats in the seasoning they used on chicken when i asked and was so kind and helpful. I normally never go out to eat because its annoying to figure out what they use to cook things and honestly the majority of servers seem more bothered than anything to figure it out for you. The waitstaff were friendly and on top of things. I cannot wait to go back to the hangry fork. I think they are the best breakfast...
Read moreFriday, October 18, we came in with a group of friends for dinner. I have been there several times before and have had great experiences each time. The service, the food and the atmosphere have always been spot on but not tonight. I don’t know what happened but we were there for an hour and a half before we got our Food. No one acknowledged the fact that you were running that far behind nor did anyone apologize. No one offered to refill our drinks and I had to actually go into the back room to Request a glass of water. Please address with your staff how important it is to keep your customers informed of delays and apologize upfront. The majority of people will be totally understanding and patient, but to leave your customers with no explanation or apology is totally unacceptable. You’ve got a great thing going there please don’t let this ruin...
Read moreThis is my second time dining here and I am quite impressed. I originally went for lunch and had to comeback for dinner. I had the Shrimp fravdiavlo, I asked if the heat could be adjusted and the waitress said absolutely the chef makes his own sauce. (Yasss!) I had the onion soup with it and it was also delicious. I was in a hangry mood so I also ordered one of my new favorites, their chicken salad sandwich with fries ( to-go) of course. My husband ordered their Cowboy burger, that was one hell of a burger done to perfection and tasted as good as it looked. My son ordered their chicken wings with Cajun rub, his first bite you can hear the crunch- very well cooked. We also tried their Winter spice sangria which was also very good. Guys, this little gem of a place is...
