Napoli Pizza Place — Restaurant in Wonder Lake

Was here before with Nate for pizza, and this time I brought Joe to split a chicken wrap and this gigantic homemade pretzel! Mike, the manager, remembered me from last time and is just so welcoming and personable to everyone! Palm trees, flamingo and bright pink and pastel decor throughout gives the feeling of being at the beach although the only water around today was the spring rain. This pretzel we shared was accompanied with a spicy brown German mustard and delicious beer cheese that I could have eaten with a spoon on its own! I'm not much of a bread or pretzel eater, but this was fabulous! They have a nice little pizza and salad buffet on Sundays from noon to four that I would like to try, as well as some other weekly specials. Quite a few people dining inside today, although it wasn't over crowded. They have TVs, gaming machines and a nice festive deck for outdoor seating. Try this pretzel and order some...

Why this place doesn't have a higher rating is beyond me! My first time here, and I ordered the Margherita pizza with cauliflower crust. SO SO good!!! My husband ordered a stuffed crust pizza, with 4 ingredients, and you could immediately taste how fresh the ingredients are from the very first bite. I don't even like stuffed crust pizza, or anything similar to pan pizza, and I couldn't believe how much I liked his pizza LOL. They also have a SAUSAGE CRUST option, for all you carb free/ high protein/carnivore diet people!!!! :) I will be trying that next time. Bland and the owner REFUSES TO GIVE REFUNDS!! I've had thin crust here a couple times, which has been just OK. The stuffed pizza is absolutely terrible however. It is undercooked, has too much cheese even for stuffed, and is bland overall. When I brought it back, the OWNER asked "have you ever had stuffed pizza before?" Please, that is the majority of what I eat! Refused to give a refund or any credit, and threatened to call the police, lol! $40 of hot garbage from a total failure of human trash!
