Outside? MEH… inside? Terrific! This was a terrific discovery! My daughter and I needed somewhere to stop for lunch and chose this place because of the beautiful pictures of the food and the great reviews. We were not disappointed. The gentleman who was the cashier and the waiter was terrific… Friendly, cheerful, helpful, answered all our questions And even brought us a large sample of the OMG to die for Birria… tender flavorful melt in your mouth, shredded beef in a delicious liquid.

Service time was perfect. The food was as beautiful as it was in the pictures with good size portions and extremely reasonable prices…. not to mention delicious food with homemade corn tortillas, homemade refried beans with rice on a birria enchilada plate and a birria plate

I even enjoyed the atmosphere. Open with tin walls that gave it a very unique feel and Mexican MTV on the screen and the sound system just loud enough to really keep you perked up and feeling positive but not so loud that you couldn’t visit.

This was definitely a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning!

Update… Four months later… My daughter and I went again and were just as impressed as the first time. Food and service were incredible! Thank you...

Very Disappointing, Called to place an order for pick up, ordered the special of the day. I live on the outskirts of Woodland, which is about 20 minutes from the restaurant. Once I arrived back home and opened my box of food, there was a long black hair in the mole. Lost my appetite instantly. I called the restaurant to advise them what I had found and asked for a full refund and expressed to them that it would be a huge inconvenience for me to pack up both my kids and then have to drive 20 minutes back into town, that and I was no longer interested in getting a another meal after what I had got served in the first place. The manager was not understanding or willing to work with me. He continued to tell me the only way he could give me a refund was if I brought the plate back in, and expressed all day I have had no issues besides you, I found this comment unnecessary and honestly disrespectful, I then asked if he could at least refund me for half as I was not willing to commute another 40 minutes there and back for A meal I’m not interested in anymore. Let’s just say I will not be returning as their concern for their food and their costumers is...

I came here on a Saturday afternoon with some friends. We were very hungry and looking for quick brunch when we found this place. We decided to try it out so this can maybe be our hidden gem. We came inside, and our first impressions were great. Nice layout, atmosphere, and not to many people. We immediately got greeted by a waitress and got seated. She gave us menus and, after a while, asked what we wanted to drink. She then came back a while later with our drinks and some chips and salsa. She asked if we were ready to order. We all asked for Carne Asada Fries and asked for them specifically not to have any jalapeño. She came back a while later and put the food in front of each of us. She then asked if everything was fine, and we said it was. We opened the box, and my lord, the presentation was nice. Except, there was jalapeños, and lots. That didn't matter, though, as they were on the side of the food. The food was very good and well seasoned. Overall, great experience....
