I LoVE POPEYES chicken! This explains why I will drive 22 minutes one way for this chicken and its normally a treat meal for my whole family and we have enough for two meals normally. however this location always never fails always messes up my order. Tonight I decided to try an order online...normally most businesses especially since the pandemic have Really done well with there online type of orders. Well first thing is the online order system is in need of a revamp, you cant even select a pick up time and you get a message at the end that says your order was received please pick it up by 10pm pst. I placed my order at 551pm. I arrived at 705pm, i said I placed an order online they ask me if it was for Jessica I said no, and I gave my name, they told me to come to the window then at the window I was told my order just came through the system so they were going to have to make it. They asked me to pull up and wait, so then 5 mins later, the young woman brought my food out and again said Jessica then Jaime and I said Jaime she said okay, and btw we got you sauce in there, I seen from the top 4 sides and well truth be told I failed to check my bag till I got home smh and well I was missing so much stuff. I think i went home with Jessica's order and she must really like chicken wings because 4 out of 12 pieces where chicken wings. I order online 16 pices, 3 pies, 4 large sides 2 red beans and rice, 2 mash n gravy, 8 biscuits. I came home with 12 pices of chicken, 2 mash n gravy, 1 red bean and rice and 1 coleslaw 🤮, and 8 biscuits.
Well then heres the topper....this online ordering system really honestly needs a revamp... I was trying to get a contact number for cust service for a refund on my missing items. Well you have to submit request online and it says it could take them up to 24 hrs to resolve my problem. Good news is I got an email back shortly after but then even though I was in my account when I sent the request for help on my order the agent advised I must reply with an order number... haha another kicker ..no order number was given with my emailed order confirmation. Just a recipe showing what I ordered. So we will see how long it is before I chance ordering food online from them and I will not drive away with out checking...

I feel bad for whoever is facing customers because they have to communicate the chaos unfolding. she wasn’t informed until after I placed my order that they were out of everything. so I’m trying to pay and she’s telling me each item I am telling her to sub out is gone. Like they’re waiting for me to just order something they have. Aside from the fact I had to keep correcting and modifying my order for her, she is being told from the kitchen they don’t have things individually as I’m trying to get something put together for kids to eat on our way home. ok no spicy chicken. So I say fine just do mild. But when she says to sub mild they say they don’t have that either. Then she offers me some strips, and I say fine, then she says wait, we don’t have that chicken. Ok sub for spicy, we don’t have that. Then I said ok- just do the 3 piece whatever. Then she’s like we don’t have that. I’m like wait so you just don’t have anything - it’s 7:30 pm and you don’t have any chicken??? Are you waiting for me to just order biscuits and coleslaw? It was almost comical. Except then I get pulled into the drama unfolding in with the kitchen staff, and some lady is asking me if she’s wrong for saying xyz because they aren’t doing xyz. If they didn’t already hand me a drink, that I didn’t pay for yet, I would have just left. But my goodness someone please get a decent manager on site and show them how to run a CHICKEN joint? And only sell what you have. Or make sure you just have chicken ready. It’s the only thing you serve. It’s kind of important… This was just embarrassing for everyone on all fronts. Thought we would give their take out a try do to the fact my wife is laid up do to a broken leg and unable to drive. Our order was not delivered in full. When I called," I was polite" the young girl on the phone was rude as hell. Told me she didn't know what she could do for me except write my name down. That I could come in tomorrow and talk with a manager. I said that's just great. How about half our order that I just shelled $60 for is not here. And that the half that is here is not what we ordered and dried out. She then told me she couldn't help me that my name was written down and that I could and I quote," drag my butt in,and the manager would fix it". So the family will have to wait until I get home for food. Way to go Popeyes.... Update. I went in to the store today. Talked with probably the sweetest young lady you could ever hope to meet,"Isabel". I calmly explained to her what had happened the night before,brought my receipt and the food. She was very understanding and genuinely as disappointed in the person that spoke with me as well as their lack of service and rudeness. She asked me what she could do to make it better. I asked for the 3 missing items. She was happy to do that. But when I went back up to the counter to get them. She had replaced the untire order from the night before. Talk about customer service. I explained to her that wasn't needed. She explained to me that in fact,yes it was. We will be going back. Thank you...
