Drove here all the way from Clinton last week...excited for the experience...disappointment isn't even the word. One star is for mediocre beer. Wine...horrible. buttttt the worst part of it all...the service! No greeting...no smile... Greg F. acted like we were bothering him to even pour our beer. Never asked if we had any questions or offered any info on the beer. If you don't like your job get another one. Left and went to Tree House a mile away and they could not have been.more friendly welcoming and helpful. Oh and their beer puts yours to complete shame. They will close your doors!!

It is absolutely acceptable to use the first name of an employee that was completely unacceptably...to use your words...lacking in customer service skills and has absolutely no idea about customer service and how to promote your business!! That is customer service 101 and if you defend such poor customer service then who wants to give you money!!
I would not ask for a Manager for mediocre beer or wine that I found sub par. Why would I?
Like I said Tree House treated us so nicely, were friendly and appreciated customers spending their hard earned money there. No one at your establishment even had a smile...

On the far left side of bar there was 6-8 stools right near the beer list and taps so we sat here with the intention of trying a flight and picking a favorite for a full pour. Male bartender with dark curly hair and terrible attitude told us if we wanted to order we would need to go to opposite side of the bar and place an order. I asked are we not allowed to sit here and order beers? He said you can but you have to order over there. I said why canāt we just order here he said ābecause the register is over thereā. Keep in mind we are maybe 6 feet from the taps. We have been to almost 20 breweries in CT and not once were we ever told we could not order a beer while sitting at the bar. We were so upset we just walked out. So thanks to your awful bartender we wonāt be able to complete our passports because we will never visit your establishment again and we will tell our friends to avoid. You need to either get rid of your bartender or retrain him on customer service. There is no reason he could not just take out order and enter into the register. You should be ashamed of yourselves. We were denied entry to the brewery because we had a 4 month old. This is not CT law so now we are curious, is the customer base too elegant for our crying baby or is the establishment attempting to throttle off āirresponsibleā parents.
