Rossana's Taqueria — Restaurant in Woodville

The fajita was marinated to perfection The chicken was absolutely delightful as many people can easily mess up chicken fajita but this was probably the best chicken faljita taco i have ever had i think my eyes seen the back of my head from just the first bite! The al pastor was amazing! Finally, i do not have to drive 2 1/2 hours just to get some AUTHENTIC tacos, as someone who grew up eating soley my granmothers cooking its been so long since ive had anything authentic much less since moving to the area but rossanas, they are the real deal. Small town mom and pop family run i got to meet everyone while in there and can i just say the whole family is just so amazing they are grateful for the support that came throughout the day and for the patience that everyone had and i mean, for it beine day ONE can i just say that i am truly excited to watch their journey because they honestly have worked so hard to get to this point, mrs.rossana and her husband are so sweet and you can tell that they put their heart into all of the food they make, their daughters have the most beautiful and wholesome souls to where you can loose time just chatting with them! Everything about rossanas was amazing the portions where amazing for the price, i can tell that they will continue to provide the best quality of food and service that they are able to offer to us here in woodville, i hope nothing but the best for them and this venture in their lives and a rocking start is the best way to be introduced to woodville i was very pleased to see so many people in and out the door with smiles...

Ordered the torta w/barbocoa and a tostada. The blonde girl took our order and the brunette brought it to the table- only the torta. Asked about the tostada and blonde brings out a fried corn tortilla without anything on it. So told her we wanted the one with beans,tomatoes, lettuce, tomato, meat and cheese. They brought out one. The food was decent but the barbocoa was not anything like the authentic kind I've had for 27 years at other taquerias. They were probably made with a beef roast not the meat from the cows head. Overall I will go back because food was good, fresh, and seasoned well. Staff was friendly but she said I confused her by ordering a tostada so a little bit of training would be good. Or clarification of what is on each item. The barbocoa should be listed as shredded beef. Overall though not bad for a little place in Woodville. We certainly ♥️ having a variety. Last thing was there was no beans on the tostada. Just minor things but...

Have LOVED This Place Since It Opened! I Drive 30 Minutes just to go get their delicious food. They are Family Ran, Great Environment & Are Very Professional & Friendly!!! Some Of My Favorites Are The Authentic Breakfast Plates & Tacos, The Shrimp Quesadillas, Birra Tacos, The Fajita Steak Tostadas With Avocado & Pico Added!!! Today I Was Blessed To Order A Mexican Pizza With Birra (Absolutely Incredible) Plus One Of The Charcuterie Boxes (Great Box Of Good For You Food ) I was very pleased with its fullness, size & quality!! Can’t wait to get into that later!!! On Top Of That They Have The Best Green Sauce Ever!!

Overall They Are Fantastic And A Very Great Part Of Woodville!! Im Happy Their Restaurant Is Thriving And Look Forward Always To Going And Eating!!!
