Atlas Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Worcester

#29 on the Worcester Pizza Quest Made the call and was pleasantly surprised by a friendly employee and ordered one large cheese pizza. The restaurant is a roomy clean place that people can actually sit down and eat . This is rare in many of the pizza shops visited for this pizza quest. The pizza was ready and the service was friendly, over all a pleasant experience.

But the pizza is the important part. On the drive home the smells drifting from the pizza reminded me of a typical Greek pizza so disappointment started to set in. At home opening the box, yup yet another typical Greek bready pizza. The more of this quest we are doing the more we wished we lived in NY. Anyways for a Greek pizza it tasted alright. The crust was cooked correctly and bread flavor the sauce was nothing special but a bit sweet.

The next day you would ask yourself what you at for dinner. If you are located near this shop grab a pizza if you are just in the mood. But take the time to travel to a restaurant that respects pizza if you want to enjoy the pizza experience.

Also to quote a previous Atlas Pizza reviewer "your average Greek or Mediterranean pizzeria" they are 100% correct very average and nothing special...

Not sure why I keep ordering from here. Food quality is inconsistent. One time, it's amazing, the next, awful. Got spoiled coleslaw once, and the complete wrong sandwich another time. Never sure of they'll even get the order right, since half the stuff online isn't actually available, but they don't change it. The worst part? I live less than FIVE MILES away, yet it takes over an hour to get my food each and every time. And today, it never arrived. Ordered at 9pm. (They close at 9:30, according to the website) Got a confirmation email. It's 10:15, no food. Called, but naturally they're closed. My account got debited though! I'm done sending them...

Ordered food online, was charged, went to the restaurant and it was closed.. lights off, door locked. Got nowhere attempting to address the issue and wanting a refund. Was told they prepared the order, allegedly called me several times (phone records do not indicate that) to come pick it up and I never showed. All of this was a lie. I've ordered from this restaurant weekly for the past year and have never had an issue. Terrible way to run a business. If you read the comments below, somebody else had an issue with ordering food and driving 25 minutes to pick it up and the place was closed so this is not me just...
