Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worcester

This location just needs to close already. I stopped going here over a year ago because of just how bad they are at taking orders. I was in a rush last Saturday so I gave them another chance since I was driving by it.

Yeah l won't be repeating that mistake ever again.

Ordered an Xtra large Dunkin Midnight w/6 cream and 5 Splenda at the drive thru. What I got wasn't even close.

They not only gave me someone else's drink order (as evident by the order tag on the cup), what was in the cup wasn't even what the other customer ordered! I swear I'm not joking, you can't make incompetence like this up! 😂😂

You can see what the order I was handed was in the attached pic (remember, I ordered a Dunkin Midnight). I didn't notice it when I was handed the drink or I would have had them correct it there and then, but alas I was in a rush so I didn't double check the drink on the spot.

What's actually in the cup is a regular coffee with cream and Splenda, not even the Caramel Swirl w/sugar the other customer ordered! 😂

Yeah I won't be going back here anytime soon. The eventually heat death of the universe will happen long before I ever willingly go to this...

Literally the worst Dunkin Donuts ever! I used to go here everyday during my lunch to grab a coffee with co-workers. EVERY time, I mean every time, we are there we order 3 coffees in the drive thru. Pull up to the window they ask you again what you ordered, usually saying you got one coffee? NO! I literally just ordered 3 coffees and you have to re order everything because they have no clue what you wanted. This is every time, not just once or twice, every day. I dont know who is in charge here but there has obviously been no training on how to use the ordering system there. Place is a joke. Honestly I only stop here out of extreme convenience. I've never really had a positive experience here in the past 15 years. I get coffee a lot and don't usually return for my coffee being messed up especially for little things. I've never left this location without needing to go back in. My coffee order is very simple (med ice coconut mocha just cream) I've gotten French vanilla, caramel, oh hot French vanilla and 80% of the time it has a nasty sour taste like it's either brewed way too dark or the cream is bad. I don't recommend this Dunkins other than there is no other Dunkin' Donuts close enough. If they ever open a Dunkin' Donuts within a mile of that place it will go out of...
