I use to come here growing up as a kid myself and today I decided to take my daughter out for breakfast to where I thought was the same friendly experience as before but apparently it wasn't. there was this old hag that gave me an iced coffee with two ice cubes I asked for extra sugar and there was no sugar so I asked to replace my drink for an OJ and she hit me with the " are u sure u dont like it or is it that u want another drink because ima have to charge u for both I'm not an iced coffee person so I dont know " I told her I was an iced coffee person I drink one every day and that one did not taste right ..she was very rude... but then trying to be extremely nice to my 6 year old. Read moreWent here today because it was near the house and it seemed like a calm place to eat. The ladies there were nice as it was our first time there, they gave us good service. However, my boyfriend went and asked to use the bathroom and they said they had no public restroom. This is a breakfast establishment that has customers dining in, you would think they would let you use their restroom if you were spending your money there. Read moreQuaintest place in the county. Small and homey. Little old men come in here everyday for the routine and the camaraderie, and the employees are wonderful to them... to everyone, really. It's no wonder parents volunteer their teens to work here—a safe and charming time capsule of decades past. Food's a little basic, a little oily. My main complaint is their use of disposables (styrofoam + plasticware), but the good news is for baked goods you can always have them boxed up and tied...
