Jose who said he is the general manager had me wait almost 45 mins I understand it’s busy at certain hours but the line in drive thru was long so I went inside when I went in it was 2 people infront of me the heavier set Spanish/Dominican manger looked at us and said they can wait when there was finally someone available to take us I said I have a order thru drive thru but the line is long can I get it inside the younger lady Caucasian (I’m sure it’s on camera between 445pm -535pm) told me I needed to leave and go in the drive thru line which I said no I’ve came inside before when the line was long she roller her eyes and told the Dominican/spanish fellow who laughed (which is why I wait longer) after waiting another 15 mins I notice my food was sitting there cause the Dominican/spanish fella (again I’m sure it’s on camera) pointed and said make his food which was already sitting where the burgers is and grabbed fries brought them over I said I’m sorry I understand you guys are busy but our food has been sitting there can it be made fresh which the Caucasian girl rolled her eyes walked away and then told Jose (he said he is the gm) asked the order packed the order and I said again I’m sorry this is the same thing you guys just tried to give me I’m happy to get my money back and go else where which he did refund me but he asked which McDonald’s I was going to I said main st he refunded my money told me I can go there cause he did not want to serve me (even tho I asked for a refund) and they would honor everything I had but don’t go no where else cause they won’t honor it cool I get to 995 main st (they knew exactly what was going on cause Jose called and told them) before I can say anything the manager knew fine I thought it would be fine food came right out I live around the corner on maywood st the food is cold fries Big Mac chicken Mac nugget chicken sandwich Mac double fries everything my wife and daughter are mad at this point and said don’t go back it not worth it I go back for my Big Mac and fries what do I get a Big Mac loaded with with MAC sauce lettuce pickles no cheese which I still have and can show proof I refuse at this point to go back these people need to be let go mangers and employees involved I want a full refund they need to be let go no excuses nothing this is poor customer service and I work in fast food I even worked for the same McDonald’s franchise rt 20 in Worcester grafton st and main st years ago when D was a manager on rt 20 this is not how they operate I would like someone to contact me with results this is ridiculous I will be sending this to...

(Update) We recently stopped by this McDonald's again for breakfast this time & had a very negative experience! They have 2 lanes for drive thru, we went to one & waited over 5-6 mins at the speaker before anyone even assisted us in taking our order. We then ordered a meal with a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown, & coffee. Our overall wait time was absolutely ridiculous! Like I said, all we ordered was one meal & upon pulling up to the window, we were told that we'd have to pull up to wait even longer (after an already lengthy wait!) because apparently they were waiting on more hashbrowns. It was around 10am, with these being a popular menu item during breakfast, why weren't they already prepared, seeing as many breakfast meals come with them? So we pulled up to wait as directed in the assigned spot & were actually forgotten! The young lady who waited on us told me that it would only be another minute, I should have known better, because if that were true, she wouldn't have needed me to pull up to even wait at all! My fiance had to actually go inside after several more minutes, because they forgot about our hashbrown, even after the long wait period! This happened on our way to a medical appointment, we had hoped for quick service & a fast meal. So much for either!! They also gave us the wrong sandwich with the order. Very disappointed. Read moreI went to the drive thru, lane furthest to the right. Was immediately told I needed to wait, so I wait. 3 minutes pass and I said “hello”, was told I needed to wait. Another car pulls to the drive thru on my left and gives their order and proceeds into the line. I then say, “hello” and was greeted with a very angry tone of “how can I help you” I asked for a #5 and told the person I wanted fresh fries or I would give them back. The person stated “No, I’m not taking your order or dealing with your attitude.” I go inside the store and see the GM Jackie being very rude to a customer at the register and walks away from him. I speak with the Manager Donny and am provided her name and the compliant line. However, I felt this review was very much needed. Customer service realm may not be the best option for this woman. As she was very rude, yelling at a customer through the drive thru and being rude to her staff while I was present. As well as, so rude to me when I clearly stated my order and how’d I like it and did not provide this woman with an attitude in any way. Completely unacceptable and she should not have that position with her disposition. I’ve called the compliant line and corporate. Hopefully they will take this into consideration.
