McDonald's — Restaurant in Worcester

I went to McDonalds A few moths ago looking to get my simple family some food. It was very bad. It took a while to place my order. There were many disabled there. I had just moved here from Gorigeia, big mistake. I was expecting my average order experience, but no. It was very busy inside and there were many disabled adults learning how to order and budget for the first time apparently.This should be done in private and not in my U S of A. Once I finally got to place my families order the lady did not speak much english, clearly trying her best. As i waited for my order, they kept speaking some foran language like spanish or french or something dumb like that. We here in America should only speack American. When my order came they told me the ice cream machine is broken. I like going to this location because the line is quick most of the time and the ice cream machine is working most of the time, atleast compared to other locations. My family was very angry with how long they had to wait for there food and were very hungry. It also cost WAY more to get my kids and grandkids what they want, it is outragis. Mcdonalds, do better and remember your main customer bace here in America, do better. Rest well knowing you have lost a loyal costumers business. Unfortunately i was starving and desperate at the time. Went thru drive up window both lanes open 2 people in other lane so i went to second lane. Got the standard be with u in a moment. First lane 1car,2car,3car,4car. Excuse me what about me? Young inappropriate workers.(laughing giggling inappropriate banter) Again be with you in a minute. 5cars,6cars. Finally went in manager very young and clearly not in control of her staff. Felt sorry for her limited staff and the 2 girls who my guess are in their minds the popular ones think that they are superior beings. (You little girls are in for a rude awakening). They could have cared less about anyone or anything other than their friends at window. Even the manager just rolled her eyes. That was when i decided not to even bother complaining it was not her fault and as usual NOBODY CARES FROM THIS CORPORATION!!!! If mcdonalds is wondering why there business is way down and people are disgusted look at the ice cream sundae literally the girl put one dot of chocolate on top all on one side. Another time i got a burger with a hole in center. I understand this is fast food and my expectations are very low at these places, but the prices are not low and times are tough for some people.
