Seems like it’s a bit of a disaster here… When I walked in the floor was filthy. While I was waiting for my food, a woman walked by with a mop and she wasn’t careful with the end of the mop and she got the wet disgusting mop on my leg. The kid behind the counter got reprimanded for dipping the cup into the ice container because the outside of the cups might get some kind of chemicals on them. 90% of the sodas in the soda fountain were unavailable. The glass counter barrier between the booths and the waiting line were cracked with sharp edges. The menu screen was also cracked and broken and it seems like that it’s been that way for at least a month. Seats all still seem like they have cracks in them as well, some with tape on them. It seemed like there was some management guy there who was reprimanding people about this stuff, but he was waiting in line next to me after talking to some employees, and he was saying something disparaging about the workers to a customer. That seemed like the most unprofessional part of the whole thing. After leaving, I ate a few of my fries before considering how long since they must’ve changed the oil if they couldn’t keep the soda fountain syrup filled up or the floor mopped or the sticky on the sidewalk clean. and I decided that maybe I didn’t want to eat my food. Stopped by before 9 pm on Saturday. They are open until 1. They already closed the dine in. The app allowed me to order for pick up in store. There were no signs on the doors indicating the inside was closed and there were still people dining inside. They wouldn't let me use the bathroom. Then when I get to the drive through to pick up my food, they told me they had run out of frosties. I had three frosties in my order. They told me they had no power to refund me. Let's be real, a manager is definitely provided access to provide refunds when needed. So they just chose not to help me. They kept telling me I could cancel the frosties via the app. I can't. You know why? Because I ordered it for pickup at the counter, so I can't adjust the order any more. The person at the window did kind of try to help me. But the manager was not interested in helping at all. I asked them how I could get my money back, and she said I don't know. You have to figure it out. Wendy's customer service is only open M-F 8AM TO 4 PM. So basically no one can help. If you are driving through the area. DO NOT COME TO THIS WENDYS. SPEND A FEW EXTRA MINUTES ON THE HIGHWAY AND TRY...

Very loudly I asked her if I could have my food and then she rolled her eyes at me and put her headset back on. And then never looked back at me. They were about to hand me a cup that was next to it looks like an iced tea machine after she had just sprayed it down with some chemicals and get got all over the cups. I had asked if I could have another cup cuz I didn't want the one that was just sprayed chemicals on and the woman Chanel who was taking my order looked like I disrupted her whole day by asking for another cup. I'm more aggravated at the way I was treated by Maria the manager. All I asked you was for my food and then she started giggling and looking at me while I was sitting down with my two children who the food was for. Don't work somewhere if you're going to be rude.
