I'll still give it five stars despite their ridiculous reasons for having items on the menu you can't get and their inability to leave a voice mail.
So I ordered nachos among other things online after clicking the local store icon. I jumped in the shower and when I got out and noticed I had ONE missed call and NO voicemail. About 10 minutes later I received a phone call from the driver and she said she'd be there in 2 minutes. She told me they kept calling and calling to tell me they didn't have nachos.
When she got to my house she said they called twice?? I suppose technically "calling and calling" is only twice. She then told me that they have to have it on the website even though they don't have it because of Groupon??
Here's my problem with all of this. First, one missed call is all I had, not two and not over and over. Second, You really cannot note on the website "not available at this store"? I still love their pizza and usually never have issues which is why I still gave it 5 stars like I said but just a ridiculous turn of events. Heck they could have thrown in some fries or something. I will give you the nice version: I walked in and told the girls at the counter that I had to use the bathroom but I would order as soon as I got out. 2 employees yelled “you have to pay for an order first before you use the bathroom “ I said I really have to go and just went in. They started yelling about policy. When i came out there were 5 of them standing by the counter. I ordered a slice and paid. They then started preaching more about policy. I asked for a manager, no one claimed to be in charge. I told them I was 65 and they would understand when they got older. Still they continued about policy as I walked out they were all laughing at me. I stopped and asked are you laughing at me? I know they were because there weren’t any customers in there that whole time. I told them I had been coming there for years and they just lost a customer forever. No customer service skills at all. Read moreThe customer service here is PHENOMENAL. Family of 3 dined in on Good Friday around 6pm. The dining room was empty, with the exception of the delivery drivers. It was open seating and we were tended to very promptly. The person taking our order was very pleasant and had GREAT customer service skills. We usually order pizza, but we decided to go with something different this time. We ordered a grilled chicken salad, buffalo wings, french fries, an Italian beef (dipped, with giardiniera peppers, red sauce and mozzarella cheese) and a cheese pizza from the kids menu. The wings were crunchy on the outside, yet juicy on the inside (very good) - they don't put the sauces on the wings, but we did get honey bbq and buffalo sauce on the side. The chicken on the salad was a bit burned around the edges, but we made it work. Fries were hot and the Italian beef was HUGE! Our server provided us with info on the rewards program, so we signed up. GREAT dine-in experience.
