San Juan does not fail. Ordered a taco bar for small gathering at our home this past weekend and everything was perfect as previously when we used them. Pricing unchanged. Owner remembered us from our last order in fall 2021. Friendly and generous quanities. Rave reviews from our guest.! Thanks for helping to make our fiesta party a success.

Recently ordered tacos for 15 (45 tacos). Half steak, half chicken, incl. sm. rice and sm, beans, shredded lettuce, sl. tomatoes, Mexican cheese, corn and flour tortillas, hot and mild sauce, chips. All came warm, well packaged. Plenty of food, with plenty left over! Steak and chicken very flavorful, no gristle. Beans were a little thin for my taste, but good. All for under $110. Stopped in today to try this out the lunch rush in full effect, ordered the carne asada burrito. I'm not a food critic just a normal blue collar guy in an area with many choices. Will I never go back mediocre food can be found anywhere. The place will do well in palos only because not too many other choices on ridgeland & they have a bar that's the best thing I can say for the guys who drink alcoholic drinks. The burrito was smaller than I'm used to, had an abundance of beans, lettuce tomatoes & cheese lacking on flavor. The carna asada was tough and grissly but very sparingly great if your digestive system can digest a rubber band. Waited 40 minutes for an appetizer and didn’t receive the rest of the food for another half hour. Couples that came in after us received their food within 20 minutes and left before we even got our entrees. When my food finally came out it was incorrect as well. This was such a let down because my first experience here was great. Tried to be understanding about it being busy but this was too much. It should never take that long to serve a 2 person group food. Not to mention that we were the only Black couple in the restaurant and we happened to be their last priority… I also got food poisoning after eating the food that I ended up having to get to-go.
