Ok. Taking into consideration they've been open two weeks, going to give them every opportunity. First, friendly greeting right away. Let them know we were dining in and they directed us to the back room and let us know we would be receiving table service. Our waitress, Olivia I think (sorry if I'm getting this wrong) was very friendly with a smile on her face. On the menu it says they have cans of soda. My wife order a Pepsi and I ordered a Sierra Mist. She comes back with two 20 oz bottles of Pepsi, telling us they do not have cans and asking if that would be ok. We said it was, excerpt I didn't order a Pepsi. She came back again to let me know that they didn't have Sierra Mist in a bottle and would a fountain drink be ok. Not my first or second choice, but pretty sure it was my last one. Throughout the visit she was very attentive, maybe even a little too attentive, but based on the service I have received from other area restaurants, I will take over attentive every time. I ordered the Ribeye Cheesesteak Supreme and my wife ordered a dozen wings and a small order of fries. So, being new, they need to continue working on their timing. I was served a good 5 minutes before my wife was. So, the food: the Cheesesteak was delicious! Loved everything in it and the roll it was in. The roll was crispy, had the right chew and the toasted seeds added to the overall flavor. The streak, cheese, mushrooms, peppers and onions nicely filled the roll. I did not eat any wings, but my wife wasn't impressed, said they were ok at best. She got them just cooked. Maybe they would have been better if she would have got them crispy or extra crispy. She got the Not-so-hot sauce which she again labeled ok. The blue cheese served was very good. Not sure if homemade or not, but it had big chunks in it, which is the way I like it. The fries we're crinkle cut, out of the freezer and not very good. They need to find a better way to cook or season them if they want them to make a good impression. So I'm giving a 4 because I see a lot of potential here. They are so many things left to try and the Cheesesteak was so good that I...
Read moreI've never had a food or a visit there I didn't like. The food is unreal. I'm a Stromboli guy and I've never had any better than Pizza Bella. Had a Sicillian pie the other day and to me Old Forge Pizza doesn't touch what I tasted the other day from Pizza Bella. Got to know the owner Frank better each time I stop. Real cool people work here. Each and every one of them. Very friendly and fast service too. So if your craving Pizza, Stromboli, Cheesesteak. This is the place to go. Lots of food choices, and I can guarantee your gonna love it. Stop by and say hi to Frank. You'll have a new establishment to frequent. I'm there at least once a week. I'd be there more of course if we had fair elections. No "fraud" from Pizza Bella, They treat you like family. Just remember, they dont take mail in orders. ...
Read moreLast time I was there, I originally was getting a pick up however I figure I will just sit down in there backroom which reminds of an old storage room. I was wondering why there were pizza boxes on the floor but what really was icing on the cake is that they didn’t have water available because their drink machine was down. So fast forward a week I see their Facebook ad as well as the comments and reviews about the boxes I noticed and also someone commenting about them charging for tap water. Low an behold my coworker told me it was true. Yet that week they have some obnoxiously bright sign parked in the driveway. How about getting your priorities straight take care of issues...
