Took my son for a haircut today. The stylist was beyond rude. Did not greet anyone that walked through the door. My son has very curly, course hair. He asked for a simple haircut, 2 on bottom and about an 11/2 off the top. Nothing crazy. He showed her a pict of what he wanted, and she said she couldn't do it. Ok. So she told me what she could do and he agreed. She was running the comb through his hair so ruff, and fast that it was pulling his hair. Then she had the audacity to tell him that she was allergic to his type of hair, and was breaking out in hives. His hair was literally sticking up all over, and she was going to allow him to walk out like that. I had to ask for a water bottle to wet it down to make it look decent. Read moreI've gone to this barber for about three years but no longer plan on being a customer. They were closed twice during their supposed business hours since this spring. Their hours are supposedly 9:00am-6:00pm on Mondays. Once I went at about 9:20am and waited about 20 minutes for somebody but nobody ever showed up. Today I arrived at 5:35pm and the store was already closed for the day. This barber shop clearly does not value its customers enough to adhere to the hours posted on the shop's door.
