Brooklyn's — Restaurant in Wyandotte

I have been to Brooklyn's 3 times. All 3 times I had the perch. The first 2 times the perch was better than good and almost excellent. All 3 times Cindy was our server and she is defiantly 5 stars. Based on the first 2 visits I had a friend in from outta town and suggested we go to Brooklyn's for perch and a beer. As usual The Cindy service was great. Sad to say that the perch was torture to cut n chew ?? Do you guys have a different cook today from just 3 weeks ago ?? I would have given a 1 star but I am hopeful that things will improve. Terrible service! Bartenders and waitresses congregated at one end of the actual bar without checking on their customers. Took me to stand up, say excuse me while waving my arms in the air. They turned around and looked at me as if I was from planet Mars and still made me wait for my order to be placed. Took 10 mins for a drink (beer). After the first beer was gone I wouldn't attempt to try to order another one. If the bar staff's main objective is to frustrate the customers so they won't be interrupted while congregating, it worked! I wasn't the only customer that walked out! Nachos were terrible! Waitress told us no one else had complained and they ate all of it. All 4 of us said they weren’t good. French onion soup had cheese added (very little) not melted over, but laid inside. Other than that the soup was good. Potato skins were mediocre. Over all, food was not good! This was our first and last visit. It’s too bad because we are local and would love to find a neighborhood bar with good food!
