I was passing through the area on a long trip and stopped in to grab a bite to eat. Prompted by the sign in the window as I was walking in, I signed up for the Arby's rewards to get $3 off a $10 purchase. To get this offer, I had to place my order online. Looking at the locations I picked the one I thought I was at, though being from out of town I'm not really familiar with the area. The website charged my card. Come to find out it was another location that I mistakenly placed the order at. I asked for the manager to explain what happened, hoping she would rectify the situation. She did no such thing, told me tough luck, not her problem. If I wanted food at her location I would need to pay a second time. She saw my phone showing I had already paid.
I thought this was horrible customer service. I'm out of town in the middle of a 1000 mile drive and was shown no courtesy only contempt. Not sure if this is a Wyoming thing or what. I'm from the south and used to a degree of hospitality, especially for people traveling...
Read moreThis was the absolute worst experience I have ever had!!! The people were EXTREMELY RUDE, including the manager. I ordered a beef n' cheddar and it was cold. I asked for it to be heated (mic it, I didn't care, I just wanted it hot) but they gave me another one, and it was cold also. And while waiting forever to get my sandwich that was just sitting there, it was dropped and was picked up, and instead of putting it in the food trash right away, she carried it to the back. I heard her throw it away but that's still not a good thing having something that fell on the floor near the sandwich prep area. Our curly fries were also cold from the start and I had to get hot ones before I left the counter. But by the time I was able to sit down to eat, my fries were cold again. Read moreStopped in here on the way home from Denver to grab dinner. Went in and headed to the restroom and slipped in the hallway. The staff who was out in the dinning room came over and offered to help but once I was out of earshot or so he thought started to laugh and joke about it with one of the other patrons. After getting our order I asked to talk to the shift manager and he knew nothing about the incident, and told me I would have to talk to the manager on Tuesday when she was back in the store. I ended up going to a walk in clinic the next morning and had my wrist put into a brace luckily nothing was broken just severely sprained. When calling the store the manager said not their fault there was a sign up. Yes there was but it was pushed up against the railing and looked more to be being stored then in use. They sure don't seem to care about their patrons safety and well being...
