Late afternoon, early evening, me and a friend of mine went and ate dinner and this particular McDonald's. We got our food and sat and watched the news and chatted over our meal. A man (customer ) walks by and I asked him if he had a truck that he could tow me to the scrap yard with that following Monday. He said no. We finished our meals and left, walked over to the sidewalk by the road and we're talking about current affairs, the election etc. I walked down to the parking lot where my truck was to get everything out and ready to scrap. Next thing I know two cops roll up on me. Short of the story here, McDonald's employees filed a police report on me and had me trespassed from their property. They told the police I was asking customers for money and that when I left I was trying to open vehicles and looking inside of them.. For one, camera footage will prove that wrong and I certainly never asked anyone in there for any money. They broke the law doing that and it was humiliating and traumatizing for me, to be sure! I have tried to get a hold of the corporate office here and have been ignored. I have been a loyal customer at that particular store for almost four years and my truck breaks down, I'm struggling really bad to get things in order, these folks did this to me. I don't know why at all. It is appalling and even moreso to be ignored by their bosses as well. Disgusting people there and they should be ashamed of themselves. I personally would like a public apology and free McDonald's for life for two for that... I have a good mind to sue them for such treatment. Bless you all there, stop judging folks. You nearly ruined my life more than it...
Read more11/9/24...likely my last attemp to support this business. 2/3 of seating area closed again (has been every time since late August! This time, available seating area was filthy, and the ketchup dispenser was empty and spewing/splattering air w/random particles of ketchup. Unacceptable way to run any business, and this seems to be par for the course at this location. VERY poor example for the McDonalds business.
10/27/24....AGAIN, as in 85% of visits (perhaps more), 2/3 of seating area closed w/no ongoing maintenance or cleaning taking place AND the remaining seating area FULL! Completely unacceptable manner to run a busy location. I've noticed this exact management style at this location beginning in late August, 2024 ubtil the present. I Have Not noticed this management style in ANY other location across the nation. They're taking their cue from the current presidential administration... no prep, no care for the customers approach will lead to failure eventually. Have it your way (oh, I guess that's what Wendy's says).
BTW: I've never been at this location where the entire seating area was open!!! Waste of building space should be...
Read moreI've been here a few times in a month. First time I was there wasn't bad but my drink was over iced, when I requested minimal ice, and it made me sleepy sick. This last time Jennaa helped me with the $1 coupon, on the McDonald's app, for Large Fries but the fries were cold. I simply want to say that they gave me the packet mayo even though I requested a "cup of fresh mayo". Why? Well, I don't know why they were lazy since they weren't busy, but I requested the cup of fresh mayo because there's egg in mayo and they don't chill it so it tastes bad if from the packet. Also, they were standing around looking at phones (not Jennaa) but others. No Hussle. If I was McDonald's, I'd do an audit, make sure the customer is satisfied by getting what they requested, and put the mayo packets in the fridge along with the ranch packets. If not for Jennaa, I'd give them 1 star because....lazy is lazy. And you're only as good as your weakest link. Fix it McDs. Your 🍟 special didn't hit home as it should because: cold fries, laziness, and my mayo was old and probably food borne illness bound. Fingers crossed I don't get sick from warm...
