Quick Time Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Wyoming

5th edit: never did get a refund for the delivery. Past 5 years not going back. 4th edition: been a year I am still out $5. 3rd edition: waited for nearly 2 weeks for my refund.. it didn't happen so I am out roughly 5 bucks for how they "made right" on their issue.. 2nd EDIT: I have waited nearly a week for my refund to post to my account. It has not. Last Thursday I paid 16.21 for my unburrito.. Friday I spoke with Scott the owner. He said he would"make it right" Making it right apparently wasn't refunding my money or sending out my food. It was me going in to get the burrito.. around 11 dollars.. which doesn't make me whole as I previously paid for delivery.. so I guess that's that for the second chance. I paid for delivery. I was told they would refund. I was given my burrito only when I went in.. sadly by my tabulation I am owed around 5 dollars. The burrito that was made on Friday was decent.. though you would think extra cheese would be extra.. and people were very apologetic.. still I had to go get it which means they didn't have to deliver it and I paid for delivery.. and even gave the driver a tip...

EDIT: The owner asked me to call and I did. I was issued an apology (multiple times actually) as well as he is willing to give me my food whenever I want to come and get it. I am of course willing to give a second chance to any business that makes good on their mistake. I will wait to see if my original order is refunded as so far my bank still doesn't show any refund and therefore my picking it up is not really making good on the order. I will update again if it is refunded.. If not I will let that be known as well. Prior to this incident I have liked the company.. decent food, quickly delivered usually with a smile... Owner was friendly and really seemed like he wants to do what is right. Also I just think you should know I would have been completely happy if you would've just offered to send me out a delivered set of my food even if it was 16 hours later.

Original review: So incredibly disappointed.. I ordered at 6:36pm for delivery. They delivered it.. it was mismade... Ok that happens.. but they wouldn't redeliver! I called at 7:03pm minutes after it was delivered. I thought they were sending it out right.. I waited.. called back at 7:32pm.. oh no mam.. we don't deliver after 7:30! I called way before 7:30! On the fence posting this review. I do really like Quick Time. They're a great local alternative to Taco Bell and other fast food in general and taco Tuesday is a great deal. But lately anymore the quality has just been going further and further and further downhill. Several times when I ask for tomatoes added to my tacos I just get a cup full of tomatoes to add myself. The tacos themselves are borderline unsaveable half the time. They will be so soaked in grease that it is like a taco soup with grease for the liquid. And I am getting HARD shell tacos. And 99.99% of my taco shells are broken. Basically every time I eat one I spent 5-10 mins trying to dry it off and put in the tomatoes, put the toppings back in that are spilled everywhere and half melted into the grease soup and try to use the sauce as a glue to hopefully keep the shell together so I can eat it (but a lot of times the shells are just tooooo far gone and are essentially just crumbly mess). It is hard to convey how extreme this actually is. I mean the grease literally will drench through the tinfoil and through the paper bag/napkins that they come in. I should have taken a picture tonight but I just got done dealing with it. The whole thing is fubar lol. It's depressing though. I used to really look forward to taco Tuesdays. Now I might be done with it. I don't think I can recommend this place like I always used to.:(

Edit: realised I missed a taco at the bottom later after I went to chuck the bag so I took a photo. The photo doesn't do full justice since the grease has now dried so much but you can see how thick it would have been when it wasn't dried as it is caked all over the place. I came here all the time/weekly, and loved the food! Just check ur bag before u leave. Something is forgotten from my order 100% of the times I've been here. No exaggeration on that at all. No sauce. Missing a taco. Forgotten chips. Forgotten queso. Every single time.

Update: it's been a year since my last review, and I some how still keep coming here. It's just close to my place, my kid will eat it, so it's convenient. I still have NEVER gotten my complete order. I was the only person in the drive thru today. I asked for awesome homemade hot sauce, checked my bag.....no hot sauce, I got duped with a cup of French dressing. The food was cold. I got a cup of onions that was old, in some kind of liquid, and smelled rotten. $17 on an order that wasn't complete and got thrown away. I have wasted too much $ at this establishment. I've never had a correct order here since they have opened. The queso is pretty good, if they remember to give it to u. I wish I was joking, and wish this was addressed. I've talked to employees and management in the past very respectfully - still 100% of my orders have been wrong. There's soooooo many taco joints within a mile of this place with excellent food.
