Subway — Restaurant in Wyoming

Bought a turkey bacon avacado wrap from the menu today. The employee making my wrap was light on both meats. Every other subway i have gotten this wrap at gives 8 slices of turkey and 4 peices of bacon. The employee making my wrap at this subway only used 7 and 3. Again i ordered this wrap right from the overhead menu and specifically said i wanted the turkey bacon and avacado wrap. When she made it, as she got to the avacado bin she asked, did you want avacado on this. Lol. I almost forgot, after i was down the road and was pulling my wrap out of the bag i noticed the receipt in the bag and looked at it. They charged me extra for the bacon. Again... this type of wrap is a menu item. Why was i charged extra for the bacon? Smh. Oh well... im was down the road already so of course i just ate it. Wouldnt have said anything as it wasnt a big deal, but my phone just asked what i thought of my subway visit today. So...

Stopped in at 2:58 p.m. today and someone was counting their drawer out... She told me someone would be right with me so I waited... 2 minutes later she said there's a customer up here... then two more minutes later she said there's a customer up here...then someone popped their head around the corner while they were fixing their hair and said oh then went to the back again. When she came out trying her apron she washed her hands then slap your hands on the inside of the sink which is pretty unsanitary...came to ask me what I wanted. I told her and she didn't for me they were out of bacon...smh Out of bacon? Sorry but I really like my bacon! So I said this sucks I just came from the Subway on 28th Street and it wasn't even open and now you guys don't have bacon after I waited 5 minutes for somebody to come take my order...the person at the register said "it is what it is" So I left... Very...

So I used to be a regular at this location. I stopped going for a couple months just because I did. I went in today and ordered my same exact sub that I normally order told them what I wanted on it and went back to the office and ate it well started to eat it. When they were making my sub half of the ingredient area was closed off to the human eye so you don't know what the heck they were doing I asked for one kind of cheese and when I got back and started eating it, it was not that cheese. I asked for a toasted and I don't know what the time limit on toasting it's supposed to be but 20 seconds doesn't do it, found that out when I sat down and started eating. Service was...
