I went to subway today on main street and it was the worst sub I've ever had from there. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch sub on Italian herb and cheese, non toasted which isn't hard to make. The untrained staff put cold chicken out of the cooler on my bread. They had no rotisserie on the the line. After I told them that the chicken needed to be heated, instead of getting me new bread and heating up the rotisserie chicken, the young man put my whole sub in the microwave to heat my chicken up. I'm not sure if he was taught that, 1 you get new bread and new chicken to replace and restart a new sub, but that cooking bread in a microwave will make the bread hard! I let him finish my sub. When I told him he forgot my bacon, he proceeded to put cold bacon on my sub. I told him that it needed to be heated up. He replied, "My manager said it can be put on a sub uncooked!" I told him, no you have to heat ALL meat if asked by the customer, especially something like bacon! He did not corrrct my sub like one should do. I asked him, Where is your manager?" He told me he was on vacation and that he and the other employee had only been working Two days before he left. I hold management responsible for my bad experience. Please train your employees well before you decide to leave them to their own device! This is unacceptable! Read moreI went through the drive through at 8:30pm, waited for about a minute and a half for someone to answer. When they didn’t, I drove up to the window to see if I saw workers. A worker made eye contact with me through the mirror then left to the back. I assumed to go grab whoever was supposed to be working the drive through. I waited about another 30 seconds then two workers came from the back, so I backed up to order. When the worker took my ordered she sounded annoyed that I was going through the drive through and rushed. I had to assert that I wasn’t even done with the order before she told me to pull to the window. When I got home to eat… I opened it and saw this. Read moreI’ve had multiple bad experiences when I’ve went to this particular Subway. Once I was getting my co-worker and myself a sub and one of the ladies that worked there never turned on the timer for one of the subs, it was burnt, scorched. When I said something about it she gave me attitude and threw that sub with anger. I know that sometimes you’ll have a bad experience and sometimes you don’t but my manager went to go get us subs today and there was no teriyaki sauce on sweet steak teriyaki and her sub didn’t have enough ingredients in her sub and I’ve had enough of bad service.
