Outback Espresso — Restaurant in Yakima

I am totally ashamed that Yakima would even have an espresso bar that exists is run the way this one is. I am a regular daily customer. I have a specific way I order my coffee due to health issues and I was questioning the last coffee I got whether it followed protocol of what I always drink. Once I got home, I had a feeling it was not what I needed to be drinking so I called the establishment and there was no answer not only did I call one time I called 14 times and it rang and rang and rang with no customer service giving attention to Their patron. I will never go back the shows what kind of integrity the employees have and I hope the owner Nancy Grimes if she is still, the owner teaches these kids how to have words ethic and customer service skills. They didn't know what they were doing, drinks were unmixed in the cup and had chunks, way too sweet, they assumed iced drinks and didn't ask hot or iced, they forgot our 4 drink order and had to keep asking and still messed up all of them, forgot to give us the water we paid for, and had a negative attitude the whole time.
