C’s Pizza & BBQ — Restaurant in Yankee Springs Township

Been meaning to try this pizza for awhile. So we ordered on the app before they opened for a specific time and went for the 10 minute drive to pick it up. The last item was coming out as I arrived. The the we people working were super nice and friendly. There are a few booths there if you want to order in or eat there with canned sodas in the frig. We tried some cheese sticks, pizza, cinnamon sticks, and a 1/4 pound brisket. A lot of the pizza in the Middleville is underwhelming. But this was all pretty great. Their crust is light and airy with ample toppings. The crust was actually completely done underneath. The cheese sticks were great too. The cinnamon sticks were good but could have used either more butter or less sugar, were a little dry, but had a lot of cinnamon flavor. The brisket was delicious as well and had a good bark on it. Who knew a pizza place could serve up some of the best smoked meats in town? C’s Pizza absolutely blew me away with their smoked brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was perfectly tender with a beautiful smoke ring and just the right amount of bark—juicy, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth good. The pulled pork was equally impressive: smoky, moist, and packed with rich, savory flavor that didn’t even need sauce (though their house BBQ sauce is fantastic too).

Our first time ordering from C's Pizza & BBQ. It will NOT be our last! We ordered pulled pork, potato salad, and smoked macaroni & cheese. The food and service exceeded our expectations. The pork was tender and flavorful. We tried the Original and Eastern Red sauce and both complimented the pork very well. I like that you can schedule your pickup time. We arrived a little early, were greet immediately and although our order was not quite ready, our wait time was less than 5 minutes. The online ordering system is easy to navigate. And the inside dining area not large, but it nicely designed. The menu offers a variety of items. We can't wait to try...
