You stroll into the Lighthouse Keeper’s Pantry, heart aflutter (pun absolutely intended), eager to finally taste the Fluffy Seagull, that TikTok-famous concoction plastered across your feed.

Made with espresso, your choice of milk, peanut-butter syrup, and generous portions of Fluff, it’s basically a liquid Fluffernutter latte—and it looks like a seagull molt in a cup, in the best way possible.

Visually, the drink nails it—white marshmallow swirls cling to the glass like feathers, begging for a starring role in your summer IG reel. And oh boy, that presentation does not disappoint.

But then… the first sip. Sweet? Absolutely. Delightfully nostalgic? Sure, if your sweet tooth is dialed up to 11. It’s peanut butter meets marshmallow deluxe—but sometimes, it feels like dessert invaded your coffee, and maybe the coffee was caught completely flat-footed. Fun? Yes. Too sweet? You bet. I found myself thinking: Is the sugar crash worth the rave? Not entirely convinced.

Bottom line: The Fluffy Seagull is a visual and sugary spectacle—an Instagram moment if there ever was one. Just be ready: it’s more dessert masquerading as coffee than a true caffeine kick.

Personally, I’ll applaud the creativity… but maybe reach for something a bit less...

Best Coffee Ever !!! Truly something else 🙌🏻. I discovered this cute place this summer like many other people and the shop is always a joy to walk into. The staff is always so friendly and kind when dealing with customers. Very clean and tidy! So so much inventory to choose from. It’s a really great place to get a gift for someone. Also a great place to grab lunch before the beach. The layout of the whole place is very impressive, all the artwork is beautiful and fits the cape cod theme perfectly. Some times the line gets long but I don’t mind it at all because all the other customers get to know each other and waiting time is spent catching up with new friends! Line moves fast. Drinks are AMAZING. Pastries are OUTSTANDING!!! And the sandwiches are a whole other level of excellence. Best breakfast sandwich I have had in a long time. And they can heat it up for you ! All the sandwiches are made fresh at the shop ! How cool right ?! Great place, highly recommend. It’s what the community needed for sure...

For starters, it’s literally the very BEST coffee on the Cape and the baked goods leave you with the comfort and warmth of your grandma’s kitchen. The flavors are sophisticated and modern (e.g maple bacon scone -yum! Yes please!) with an ol’ salt Cape Cod charm. Every detail in the shop, from the flavors in the small batch condiment line, to the decor and even the names of the sandwiches and salads, is thoughtfully designed to evoke a love and appreciation for all that makes Cape Cod iconic. Come in and grab a quick coffee and I bet you will find yourself lost in the unique products and the incredible collection of Cape art. Lighthouse keepers has brought the pulse back to the neighborhood — like something we haven’t seen since the good old days when Jack himself was behind his griddle just down the road.
