El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Yazoo City

This place is nasty and the manager is very rude!!! My husband and I went here and ordered hot wings and fries. The wings were so big and you could tell that they weren't thoroughly cooked. As I proceeds to eat the wing blood poured from it!! I immediately asked for the waitress and showed her the chicken and told her I didn't want it and to order something else. She responded by saying let her tell her manager. She came back to tell me that the manager said she couldn't take it off the ticket and they would bring more out. I told her no ma'am especially with that experience I just had. The manager came over and I repeated to her the same thing that I didn't want it. 3 minutes later the waitress comes back out with the exact plate of chicken that was refried but burnt. I told the waitress there was no way yall thought I was going to put this in my mouth. The chicken that dripped blood that was served to me was taken to the back and refried and served back to me burnt??? I told her I wasn't paying for that and they could call the police because that's not how you serve anybody. I went through all of that when all management could have done was right. let me start off by saying i tip WELL, at the least $5 on a check less than $20. I come in here often, at least once a week and have previously been charged a 17% gratuity fee for a table of 2.. i came in 2 days ago and there was no gratuity fee, i asked the female owner when they stopped charging gratuity.. she said they haven’t done it in 2 years. i then told her that we were charged a gratuity the week prior, she told me next time it happened to find her and let her know. I asked our waitress about it when she was checking us out, and asked her why it was on there and before she could answer the male owner came up and took over checking us out. AFTER I PAID, i went to kindly tell his wife (who was sitting down at the table eating her dinner), that the 17% gratuity fee was on my ticket again, like she told me to do, he came over to me grabbed my arm and told me to leave the restaurant and stop making a big deal out of it. FOOD DISGUSTING SERVICE IS AWFUL, PEOPLE EVEN GOT UP AND LEFT WHILE WE WERE WAITING ON OUR FOOD. THE LADY WHO TOOK OUR ORDER WAS SO RUDE!!! THE FOOD WAS BURNED AND ALL DARK LIKE THE GRILL NEEDED CLEANING WITH SPECKS OF BURNED PIECES ON THE CHICKEN. I JUST GOT A DRINK AFTER I SAW HOW RUDE THE WAITRESS WAS.
