Bubbly Tea Cafe — Restaurant in Yigo Municipality

The food is above decent but fairly pricey. 26 June I called my order in 20 minutes prior to my arrival. I was informed that it would be 10-15 minutes. Upon my arrival, I stood in line, waited my turn, and as I stepped up to the counter, the lady answer the phone, takes their order and then finally helps me. I paid for my food, asked how much longer it would take, I was told 10 additional minutes. This establishment had maybe three tables, and one of them were done eating, so it wasn’t that busy. My name was called, I was given my food in three half brown paper bags. I asked if I could use a to go food box and their response was that it was only for meals. I pointed at my fries, wrap and drink and replied, “is this not a meal?” They then stated that they rung my items up separately, so I don’t get a box, but they offered to sell me a bag. If someone from this establishment could clarify what a meal entails at bubbly tea, that would be much appreciated. Also, doesn’t a meal typically cost less than buying items individually? I was so baffled by the exchange and their unwavering manner that I just left with my three small brown paper...

This place is the best on guam, hands down and I've tried the others. I love the taro shake, strawberry and cream shake along with the blueberry cheesecake shake, they are soooooo good and the taste is consistent with its other location. I can always rely on a good refreshing drink on an always hot island day. The Yigo location is roomie and clean while the dededo location is inside a movie rental place but still delicious. Parking is congested at dededo location but plenty of easy parking in yigo....this place...

Just had a great experience at the bubbly tea cafe! Service was amazing. She recommended I try the calamansi blended juice. So I did with strawberry juice and boba too. Was like a frozen strawberry lemonade, very refreshing! We got the garlic parm fries, it needed a bit more salt IMO but they were still good, especially when dipped in the Original Sauce! We also got a shaved ice it was HUGE!
