Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Yorktown

Went to get lunch for my husband and I and when I got there I ordered 2 chicken strip baskets but they said they are out gravy...okay but there is a store down the road that you can get it from... so then I order a grilled chicken SANDWICH and they gave me a grilled chicken salad so I told them that's not what I wanted and then I ordered myself a regular cheese burger and when I went home after finally getting my order right I couldn't even eat half of it without throwing it away. The bread was hard meat was cold and fries were both cold and hard! It made me sick to my stomach!!! So I don't recommend this place to ANYONE!! And if I could I would give it zero stars because that's what it deserves! All the staff and managers needs to be FIRED immediately!! This is the worst place I've ever been to. They need to shut it down or hire workers who actually want to work. All these people want to do is go sit outside and smoke and talk on the phone!!!...

I came from work to this store , I have a lot hungry, I asked the cashier for the biggest burger, I had a lot hungry, more people order after me and they delivered food to the other people , I saw one guy back and made complaints about his order and made a new and server to him, when I ask about my order the lady en charge said she already made this burger . If there were an option for less than star..... well yeah. took 10 minutes to take my order, and then another 20 to get it. I work less than 5 miles away. My order is simple; Meat and cheese. that's it! I specifically asked/said meat and cheese only 3 times. Well got back to work (-5miles) food was cold, and guess what? Food was wrong.... So go back and calmly tell the cashier whom checked me out. He ask for a receipt?! Dude I was literally just there! No apologies nothing. Then food corrected and said "here ya go" that was it!
