This has always been one of my favorite restaurant's but that all changed after last night. Hostess was rude, server was horrible and very rude, food was not up to par at all. I was served the wrong side, server told me I did not order that side when I asked her about it which is insane. The mushrooms in my entree tasted "off/bad" and unfortunately that nasty taste was over the entire entrée so I nicely asked my server if they could redo the dish without the mushrooms, the server snatched the plate from me and stormed off, when she brought the plate back it was half of the amount as before and still the WRONG side! The wrong side after I pointed out she gave me the wrong side! My friend sitting across from me said "I heard you order the side", so my friend confirmed that I did indeed order the side that the server told me I did not order! By this time I was so upset I could not eat, had to ask for to-go boxes after watching the sever freely give them out to the table behind us and walking right past us with to go boxes! I ordered my favorite dessert to-go and when I got home it was the corner piece, more whipped topping than actual cake, broken and collasped, half the normal size; it was as if they made sure to give me the worst piece in the pan, somethng as a server myself I would NEVER serve to a customer! For my friend and I to get together and treat ourseves to a nice dinner out and be treated like this was unbelievable. The meal was not cheap and the treatment by the server literally ruined our entire dining experience. The owner use to care about the place but unfortunately last night he allowed the front of house to be ran by a 19 yr old that smirked at me when I briefly told her about our experience. I have not only been dining out for 40 plus years in some of the best restaurants, I am also a server and a prior restaurant owner. So when I tell you that I was blown away by the blatant disrespect and rude treatment we received I am not joking! Never again will we...
Read moreI have been telling my wife, that we need to try Enrico's and tonight we had the opportunity. We arrived at 7:00 and found approximately 8 -10 people waiting in the lobby. (Some were wearing mask and some weren't) When we walked in, the bartender directed us to the host and as soon as he was off the phone, I asked if he had availability for two? He said he could seat us in 30 minutes so we agreed for the wait. We stepped out of the doorway off to the side preparing to wait, when from across the room, he very rudely said, "I'm going to have to ask you to wait in your car." My wife and I looked at each other like Huh? Did he just yell across the room and tell us we'd have to wait in the car? Not outside on the sidewalk, not on the patio, not discreetly walking over and saying "sir, I apologise but the lobby is starting to fill up and because of current restrictions, would you mind waiting outside till your table is ready?" No, none of that, but wait in your car. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. I had to wonder if he acted that way because we weren't wearing mask? Neither of us have a problem wearing a mask, we simply forgot them. After we left, I called back and spoke to a manager. I told him what happened and how the actions of the host were rude, embarrassing, and uncalled for. He half-heartedly apologized. No worries though, we drove right up the road to another restaurant, where we were promptly seated, had great service and enjoyed a delicious dinner. Enrico's please learn to use kindness and discreetion before embarrassing someone else and...

We just live up the road a bit and across the state line and have been enjoying take out pizza from Enrico's throughout the COVID pandemic dining restrictions. Now we're able to get out and have started dining inside restaurants again and Enrico's was one of the first we wanted to go back to. - We weren't disappointed!! Starting with drinks from the bar while devouring a basket of toasty sliced bread along with their fantastic garlic and spices bread oil. Next we fought over an appetizer of batter fried calamari served with a generous silver gravy boat full of tasty marinara sauce. Then we followed up with our mains: shrimp & scallops in a delicious pink scallion cream sauce over fettuccini while I had one of their "specials" - the swordfish steak which was spectacular. It was a wonderful delightful meal. However one word of warning. I tried to make a reservation late on a Fri afternoon and they're so popular they only had room for us if we got there between 4:00 and 4:30, after that all reservations were already taken. They also don't want you to linger at your table after you've eaten because they've got a second seating waiting in the wings. There was plenty of time for us to eat our meal and we didn't feel rushed but if I wanted to have a lengthy, leisurely, laid back meal I'd make reservations several days ahead and ask for the late serving time....
