I went to the dq in youngwood, pay 15697 and it was horrible. We ordered a peanut buster parfait with twist ice cream and extra peanuts, and a royal brownie blizzard with chocolate ice cream. The servers were so wrapped up in conversation I never even got to finish my order. When the parfait came out it was vanilla with no peanuts and when I said something ( very calmly mind you because I'm aware that things happen) she pulled it from my hands to go remake it, and still with no peanuts. Then came the blizzard it was vanilla ( by the way they were still deeply wrapped up in there riveting conversation). So I said something again and she took it back but now the manager is screaming in the kitchen. " Why won't they just take the F$&#ing ice cream can't they see were busy!" And when I just asked due to the advertising I had seen about they flipping the blizzard upside down she scoffed and said only when were not busy. And when I got home my chocolate royal brownie blizzard was just a cup of chocolate ice cream.... That's the experience I had when I tried to take my wife and daughter...
Read moreI will NEVER come here again. I asked for two things, one peanut buster parfait with twist ice cream and extra peanuts and a royal reeses blizzard with chocolate ice cream. the girls that worked there seemed so absorbed in their conversations, that I got NOTHING I asked for! When she gave me my order, the parfait was made with vanilla (I had to ask her for extra peanuts, to which she gave me like 4. And she didn't give me a spoon) and the Reese's blizzard was made with vanilla! Which she didn't even turn upside down! So I told her about the blizzard, and an older lady came over and grabbed it off of me and very quickly made another one with chocolate. We get home? There was NOTHING in the blizzard! It was literally chocolate ice cream. These people cannot differ from their menu items, even if that means it's something as simple as switching vanilla for chocolate. I will make the trip to lynch field from now on....
Read moreThis DQ is all about the money and not about the customer AT ALL. The owner makes all employees skimp on ingredients and uses vanilla soft serve as the primary filler for everything. Buster Bars have very little hot fudge and peanuts in them, Blizzards have just a small amount of essential ingredients, Dilly Bars have a very thin layer of flavor coating on them. Don’t bother asking for extra ingredients in anything because all you’ll get is attitude (from the rude franchise owner) and no extra ingredients. They barely get orders right. On my last visit, I ordered two caramel Buster Bars but got one caramel and one chocolate. Go to the Delmont DQ if you want an excellent DQ experience. You’ll get much more for your money there and...
