This location needs MAJOR retraining. It is very unmanaged. They ignore customers coming in. They have personal conversations over helping customers. There is horsing around. No sense of urgency.
I have witnessed these things several times (EVERY time) over the past several months.
Today, I arrived and waited 10 while they once again ignored their customers and then horsed around and bickered about someone getting to go home, before anyone acknowledge me or the other person in the lobby.
When I was finally spoken to, I asked about my order the kid (young, glasses) told me it would be a bit longer. I asked how long. He said 10 minutes. And then told me he really didn’t know and that is what he was told to say when people ask. Meanwhile I decided to look to see if they even had pizza in the oven (you can see the over from the lobby) there is a pizza at the end of each oven level keeping the next pizza in the heat. Pizzas not staggered just in a straight line. And no one manning the cutting table. Those were my pizzas. Kid walked off from the counter and I am watching those pizzas just there. No one paying attention. I got the short girl’s attention and pointed out the pizza. And she ACTED ANNOYED AND THE PROCEEDED TO ASK THE KID WHO HAD RETURNED what I WAS WAITING ON. I AM WAITING ON YOU GUYS TO DO YOUR JOB.
Based on what I have seen I question everything about this location. There is so much that they...
Read moreTonight, December 8th, at 9 pm I walked in to grab a pizza from this Little Caesars (knowing they don't close until another hour) and I should have realized when I pulled up that the three young workers would ignore me because before I walked inside I noticed they ignored the drive-thru and the person waiting at the drive-thru got so tired of them ignoring them that they drove off. There was a young white girl making pizzas, a white young man, and a young hispanic man. The young hispanic man blatantly saw me as he was in the front of the shop and ignored me waiting to be assisted and then the young white man comes to the front and sees me too and all he does is throw a towel in jest to the young hispanic worker and he goes in the back again and the young hispanic boy who is still near the front is not acknowledging me as I am patiently waiting to be assisted for over six minutes. And I noticed as I waited that they only had three pizzas ready to go and there is only three workers so I knew they were ignoring me because when they clocked out they wanted to each take a pizza home. And sure enough as soon as I leave and I go to my car the young hispanic boy grabs one of the three pizzas and walks out the door to his car smirking. I am a very patient person but that was some of the worst service I have ever...
Read moreI have to give a shout out to the Little Caesar's crew at Ranchwood and Vandament. I went in for a couple of pizza's yesterday, and was accidentally charged twice. Spoke with the manager on duty, and she was wanting to refund both transactions that had gone through. The only thing, it wasn't done on purpose, there was nothing malicious that lead to this, it was an accident. My family and I go to this location all the time, we've never had bad service. The staff is always nice, and they try to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of. The manager is just an example of them going further to make things right, and I truly appreciate that in customer service, no matter where I go.
In short, and to wrap this up, I requested that she only refund the one charge, and to keep the original charge. That way not to mess up their books or money. After all, we did get the pizza's, they were hot and fresh, and my family was more than happy to eat them. But I do appreciate the gesture, and I'm extremely grateful that there are honest people out there that try to make things right. It says a lot about their character as people.
Anyhow, just wanted to put this out there and say that the crew here is doing a good job. They need to keep it up, and keep up the great...
